Mr.Yagnik has distorted facts about development,I am a farmer from Kutch and I have been witness to the changes.Today we have the best farming systems and all of them are sponsered by gujrat govt.With regrads to big industries it was done to ensure that people do not setup industries only for the sake of tax benefits or as billing units only those people who committed minimum level of investments were given benefits.This has ensured that all the units are there for the long term.
