Dont say shame on the whole state. If you say then they can point at northies for the barabaric attacks on all Tamilians after Rajiv's killing or the Sikh killings after Mrs.Gandhi's assassination. All such goons are of the same category who deserve death and nothing else

Mr. Alam,
If someone is diagnosed with cancer, then the doctor advises to remove cancerous cells otherwise it will spread and cause death. Similarly, these criminals are like cancer to the society. They result in death of society if we dont ward them off in time.

Mr Alam,
I feel the tax payers money can be put to better use than maintaining these fellows! Now Now i know we already waste a lot of them in maintaining criminals (read politicians). Anyways in this case the punishment is more a deterent rather than an attempt to correct these souls

With death sentence, you remove these guys from your neighbourhood so that they dont create problem again. We should hang more people like China, so that these incidents where 3 innocent girls were killed does not happen.

Very Good
by Navaneeth Ramani on Dec 06, 2007 02:10 PM  Permalink

This is good straight forward decision. But at the same time the judgement has to be common to every one.

Friends there have been a minimum of 3 child deaths at Hyderabad hospital because of striking doctors? Who will fight for justice on behalf of the deceased kids parents........

Indian Penal Code needs a massive re engineering.....

For such acts of arrogance, people involved should be shot or beaten to death like in Arabian countries.

by spt arasu on Dec 06, 2007 02:00 PM  Permalink

in such type of cases courtshould not hesitateto sentence them withthe most cruel punishment. in suchcases whether it be sessesions or it be high court there should be no delay in giving judgementand also there should be no change in the judgement. then only justice can survive in our country.

Their offence is already proved as the whole incident was recorded on tape. The sessions court convicted and sentenced 3 to death for the crime and the high court upheld the judgement.
There should be no more appeals by the accused. They should be punished as per the judgement immediately.
