Through election commission Congress is trying best to somehow disquality Modi from contesting the election. If that happens, MODI will become more stronger and the candidate sponsored by him will bounce back with thumping majority from whichever constituency he contests. This should be kept in mind by the Congress party.
In India, the Parliament did not have time or inclination to IPC which was drafted and coded more than 150 years ago by the then British jurists, but the constitution of free India has been amended innumerable times by them. The IPC treats killing a criminal at par with killing an innocent& law abiding people.That is criminals thrive in our society.No doubt, nobody is entitled to take law in his hands ,but it is equally foolish to treat punishing a criminal by the society and commiting crime to harm innocent citizens. Let us raise our voice against the political parties who slept over the IPC and did not change it, so that harm done to a criminal is not treated at par with harming a criminal.
Such comments from the Raiis of Guajarat and those ones above are disgusting and have no place in civil society.It shows how deep the hatred lies in a vast section of Indian's mentality towards Muslims and the fact that people can get elected on the base of such hatred shows the system is at fault.Political parties in India should be asked to have proportional representation in their primary memberships so that situation like this doesn't arise.

What's wrong hero. Killing a terrorist is an act of highest civilian society. Open minded muslims should educate their fellow beings in living in harmony with themselves and others. They should not support terrorism either diretly or indirectly. Not raising a voice against close minded and orthodox muslims leaders is as good as supporting terrorism and backwardness. Though should not say this but your statement above compels me to do so: We dont say that every minority (read Muslim) is a terrorist and that should not be so but why then every terrorist is a Muslim???
Perhaps what you dont see or are afraid to see is the way minorities have been used by so called secular parties and the way you guys have reduced urself to such a state, where ppl are considered a flock and not individuals.
There should be no question about the proportional representation as u have desired. Merit should be made the standard to select ppl.

I had not seen anybody who opposing MODI ready to comment on Shahi Imam's fatwa against VANDE MATARAM and Rajiv Gandhis involvement in Killing of Sikhs in 1984?
Why the partiality. Why we try to find mistake in specific persons, Why cant we condemn anything which is against national interest and unity irrespective of the region,religion of the person who did it.?

If EC has self-respect and decency, it should not act silly on some complaint of congress. What does Congress want to do on a terrorist? embrace him and accord him state honour. The problem with likes of Mr. Balasubramian is that they think that this bin shorab is no where related to them, he is not their brother or son. But the same think happens to them or their relatives they raise hue and cry, justice, enquiries. These people should understand that once in society such think happens, you are not far from such acts. It can affect them shortly, you can get killed an fake encounter shortly. So as society as a whole you think the such henious crime will be understood.

though, killing a criminal is not justified, it has been done a lot of times in india.
even in gujarat, raju risaldar and lafit sheikh are two names who come to mind.
in punjab, at the height of militancy, a lot of people have been killed.
in mumbai, there have been a lot of encounters.
theoretically, it is nice to say that even criminals should not be killed, in a legal system like india's, it could be good riddance if used with proper care to see that real innocents are not killed.
