What is the difference
by Mahesh Jagga on Dec 06, 2007 12:35 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

In 1984 said "When a tree falls, earth shakes" he was trying to justify killing of over 2000 Sikhs.

Now Modi said something similar to what Rajiv said then. Any difference? Yes there is one.

Rajiv was justifying killing of over 2000 innocent civilians whereas Modi was justifying encounter with a terrorist.

Mahesh! a person says whatever you believe. He kills any body and says he was a terrorist, so i killed. when he rules like dectator and Tehelka pullout all the facts still poor fellows blindly believes Modi. it is really pathetic, restoring peace in such scenario would be a dream. Law should punish every criminal whether he belongs to a muslim, hindu, sikh or christian even the politician or the police should not be spared.

Congress calls Sohrabuddin a gentleman in Supreme Court
by Nuclear Magnetic on Dec 06, 2007 12:31 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Centre's additional solicitor-general Gopal Subrahmaniam said this in Supreme court "It is not only a case of murder of a gentleman called Sohrabuddin but also the disappearance of his wife Kauserbi,". So congrees every terrorist is a gentleman. 'morrow they may even say Afzal guru as a nice gentleman. And all these gentlemen should join congress, become ministers like Tytler and Bhagats.

Hell to Gopal Subramaniam.
Sohrab was a committed terrorists and his wife knew her husband's activities. Hence they are now in their Jannat.
But Modi is an Adi Manav and we should elect the Maha Manav Keshu Bhai.

CNN-IBN traces witness that CBI couldn't get
by SEEK on Dec 06, 2007 12:30 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

New Delhi: Just hours after the CBI filed an affidavit at a Delhi court on Thursday, virtually exonerating Congress leader Jagdish Tytler in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots case due to lack of evidence and witnesses, CNN-IBN traced the chief witness in the case, Jasbir Singh, in California.

While the CBI had declared that the %u2018main witness Jasbir Singh%u2019 is untraceable, it took CNN-IBN only a few hours to locate Singh in his California residence.

In an exclusive telephonic interview, Singh told CNN-IBN that the CBI had not established any contacts with him. %u201CThe CBI did not contact me at all,%u201D he said. %u201CIt%u2019s been 18 years. No court or commission called me for my testimony.%u201D

%u201CHad they contacted me, I could have given them my testimony,%u201D he said. Jasbir Singh also revealed that instead of the CBI, it was Tytler%u2019s supporters who hounded him all the while and even threatened him and his family.

%u201CI was threatened a lot of times,%u201D he said. %u201CI and my family received threats constantly. I still get calls from the people of Jagdish Tytler. They want me to write and say that he is innocent.%u201D

%u201CNathuram Nagar, a Congress party councillor, called me 5-6 months back, asking me to take back my statement,%u201D Singh alleged. This was after the numerous statements Singh had given to various media.

When asked about what he had seen during the riots, Jasbir Singh was unequivocal. %u201CI saw Jagdish Tytler, he was instigating the mob,%u201D he said. %u201CIn my area, most of Sikhs were mur

Ground reality !
by nandu rajurikar on Dec 06, 2007 12:25 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

In the 2004 Lok Sabha elections, the fight was between Modi & Congress.

In that election there was a swing of 4.58 percent in favour of the Congress party in spite of Modi leading the campaign.

The Congress party's vote share increased from 39.28 percent to 43.86 percent, and the BJP lost 2.49 percent of its vote share.

As a result, the BJP lost its majority in 38 assembly segments. In plain English, that means if the 2004 Gujarat election mood is repeated in 2007, the BJP will get 89 seats and the Congress party will get 91 seats.

Now do you understand why Modi is spitting venom? Unless the voters get enraged with communal passion, Modi won't win! Modi will try his best to creat communal frenzy.

Truth can be really hurting.
Give your sermon to Gujjus. They voted Congress in 2004. The BJP MLAs voted for Pratibha Patil.

Put you finger you know where & keep quiet!
