Indians are careless in everything they do. Thats why these many problems starting from corruption to child abuse.

People should realise that what they do is wrong. Then we can have this strict laws imposed. Otherwise, there will be all the ways to find the loop holes in laws.

If we look around, especially in udupi hotels, we will notice child labour and children blatantly exposed. Government only talks about preventing child abuse and child labour, but takes no concrete steps to stop it. If there were severe laws, even the small time rambharose type hotels would think twice before hiring children.

Child labour in hotels, restaurants, households, traffic junction is a function of absence of family planning amongst the poor. The poor proliferate like rabbits. Until family planning is "enforced", this will continue to prevail. No point of treating the symptom. Treat the disease.

everyone is only trying to eat money ..where ever possible ...

important or Non-IMP issue is not in consideration.

if you will declare that world bank is giving 1 million dollar for awareness campaign of this issue ...then many ppl will gather to meet you and to see chance to eat money in that distribution and advertisement ...

Biggest problem in india ...is corruption ...and election process , its base of need of big money to win are responsible for corruption ...

Family Courts abuse children the most
by gangutelli on Dec 03, 2007 01:10 PM  Permalink

There is no policy that allows family courts to grant children their rights to see both their parents.

Lets begin from there first, shall we ??
