Islam does not allow family planning....result...11 kids....parents cannot educate all the kids....father does not know where the kid is for the last 4 years...this is the story with every poor muslim family....any state....They should learn to live with times...have few kids and give them better education...this will change the muslim image in this country....

Mr. Hasan, that's his point .... he is absolutely correct. Since, populations of UP and Bihar is increasing three folds they are lagging behind the rest of the country and so are us .... Muslims!

Hasan, Peaople in UP & Bihar are illiterate. This person is a school teacher. Is he not literate enough to understand what is good and what is bad for his family. His decision is not only effecting his family but the entire country.

Hassan and Ahmed, Fifty years back times were different, NOW the current generations are aware of the fact that a normal middle class family cannot afford to have many children when the entire family is dependent on only one income.....hope it opens the eyes of many people in this country....as many generations will be messed up.....say no to madarassas....send them to proper school....
I think it is important that we alienate the criminal communal elements of our society whether they belong to any caste or religion or any party. This is for the benefit of all indians as a society. We should not be biased in doing so and shahid father seemed to set a good example

If you have good education that does not amtter everybody has option, If hois father had 11 children ,I agree with you its a mistake but does not mean he is insane.And @ killing him ,just think before you write something.Dont write just sack of writing.It shows ur education when u write same.
Being Indian,i also believe 1-2 children should be complulsory and people shouuld follow but u cant complain in that old yuears when people were not that much aware @ situation

Indian government should striclty follow China in curbing the population explosion irrespective of any religion, caste or community. However, it is far impossible, our secular political leaders would never do it for the sake of muslim votes
Whats a sad state of things. I feel so bad about the youth. The son does something and the family has to bear the brunt of the ill deeds. There is this lack of education and employment in Muslims which can be reason for that. I am sorry if you feel I am generalizing.

u r right tanya, adding to that there is no proper representation of political leadership amongst muslims, they community is treated as a vote bank, it;s high time that the govt realises and take some constructive measures, if they donot want to witness another mumbai or hyd balsts

Dear taju, I can understand your concern about your community in particular and our country in general. But by asking some constructive measures in one hand you are threatening for mumbai or hyd blast on the other. This is unaaceptable. There are 12% hindus in bangladesh, but even you can not name a single eminent political personality out of them.They have not been being denied even the basic right to complain for this. The country is secular by constitution but every thing starts with bismilla o Rahim. This country is becoming more and more fanatic day by day. I wrote all this just to ask a question. Should we support Hindus in bangladesh for making bomb blasts in dakha to kill innocent people. This in not a proper way to correct mistake or demand justice. And thats why the muslims are paying the price every where in world. Please try to put you voice for the unjustice being done to muslims in a proper democratic ways, other wise it is the muslims who are paying and will pay the most for the blasts either in mumbai or in hyderabad or in usa or in madrid or in uk.

Dear Begum, Please for god sake do not praise the terror attacks and do not please bring the Muslim community to shame further. Understand that the Muslims multiply in millions and this is the only cause we are backward. Many of us are converted from Hindu backward castes and are very backward thinking. There is absolutely nothing that the government can do about it, we Muslims have to think and act..and act fast. We have all the rights in this country and are always treated euqally by people here, go to Pakistan and see how the hindus are treated there, then you will understand the true situation.

I can understand the pain which Mr Waheed is going thru. B'coz of his son, he has to listen all this at this age. I've full sympathy for the family. God plz give them strength.
