We know that India has been targeted by many terrorist organisation. Unfortunately many happens to be under the name of Islamic terrorism. As our Honourable PM told- Terrorists have no country,no religion. I will find no difference between my countrymen by their religion in the way I love them. I am proud to say that I have very good friends who happen to be from all the religion. Let us render support to all our beloved countrymen who are targeted in the name of terrorism.JAI HIND

Our Hon.PM only talks philosophical things!!He said this because he didnot want to name any religion and diverting peoples mind!!It is true that all terror related attacks on india in last 5yrs have not only muslim but other connections. But why these attacks are happenning?Who is responsible and what measures for improving our internal security has been taken? Our philosopher PM and his team never tried to get down to the root of each attack. All he is bothered is drama like he has sleepless nights during those days! When somebody demands TADA and POTA that is considered Pro BJP,Pro RSS!!But BJP carried on the good work of globalisation and decentralisation intiated by Manmohan Singh!! Come on let us think few things beyond politics or vote bank also! What is the gurantee that people like Dawood and terrorists would not have poured in money to get rid of POTA & TADA!! We could have minimised the attacks happenned during last 4-5years if these acts would have continued!

hey parvez and Kartik.....bravo buddies I agree with you guys ..that the day not far when we all Indians will be ready to understand one another and be responsible and sensible as you are... some of us have been using all forums like rediff etc to express our frustrations ....it really hurts mea lot.......hey busddy we all have totake initiatives to make this world a place to live in for all... jai hind
The interview with Waheed clearly states problems of terrorism in India are atleast
1) Parents unable to provide care and education because of having several kids beyond their means 2) Economy 3) Alienating people in the name of religion(Secularism --Congress, Left and Hindutva-BJP) instead of focussing on nationalism -- the current generation can be easily carried away with religion fanatics and caste unless we teach them what Nationality means. Generations of the past were involved in building the country and hence they never had to be told but not today.
We can't solve the issues with people who are corrupted in mind but atleast can we make an effort to change the future to think more as Indian than religion and this needs a change in mindset of leadership in India cutting across Political and social level.

Don't show your half cooked knowledge or biased version of Other religious extremes. Its very easy to point out someone else is wrong. Terrorism is created, nourished, and pampered by political forces. Politicians at various level try to give it religious color. Some call Islam terrorists, few call hindu terrorists, another few call Christian terrorists, Jews Terrorists etc. If you uncover the mask, you can find only onething in common across the globe. That is Politicians. The political power greeds created terrorism, whether it is organized by vested groups or by governments themselves

Buddha,
Let me remind you that there is nothing imbibed in Quran as such. You should be a fool to say that.
Its done at Madarasas with vested interests. I would be the first to ask to close madarasas. On that fanatics like you pour petrol on burnings sensations.
Should i say, tamilians are traitors as they are supporting LTTE, Sikhs are terrorist, as they support khalistan.
Grow up dude, people like u can only divide this country, but cannot lend a helping hand to build.

hey MHM I agree with you that we shud not see things from others point of view.....buddy if we alll can be responsible and flexible to critism then there will not be any violence ....we shud remain open for improvements and have the patience. You know extremism is not only in Islam , hinduism but in every religion and and every ideology(if we just follow blindly, not use our wit which nature or god has given us)...so buddy don bother about wt other say but think about the improvisation wt we can bring in ourselves. jai hind.

Bhuddha, i am really sorry for you. i wonder why do you hide everythingabout the Hindus. Mr lalu Prasad, Mr Mulayam, Mr, Chanda sahu all have several childrens like Mr. Waheed. and all of them were unemployed before coming to politics and becoming chief minister and ministers etc. You just don't look towards Hindu's. You always cite for the www.faithfreedom.org written by somebody like you. some communist had written about Hinduism ina book 'Hindu jaati Utthan aur patan" you read that. it seems all bhagwans were cunning life. don't blame on any religion or their book. every religion has some or other point where no bodyhas an answer. it is a faith that people keep on going. instead of reading for www.faithfreedom.org you must read your own religion book. i wonder how come in such a busy life where people don't have time to do any thing extra you get time to read about other religion.
do you have an answer why his other child was picked up. where is your so called INTELLIGENCE, who could not prove him guilty after so many years. You should also say why at that point the accused left the home seeing his brother(however, he was not accused). here is the root cause of all the problem. we are XYand Z and not Indian.
According to me we need to search out the root of terrorism , killling a few terrorist can not solve the problem. We need to ask the Govt to explain the root of terrorism and what shd be their action? Why there is no terrorist attack in USA after 11/09 ? What it is almost a daily routine typed news in India? Why our leaders fail to control the situation? Please comment.

America is different, It only has 1-2% of muslim population and the technology to track the movements of terrorists to too big. The problem grows where there is 40% muslim population in cities like Hyderabad and about 97% muslim population in Iraq (note that there is an immense presence of Americans in Iraq too)
So its not that America is great, it is Muslims who are great, they can create terrorism and terrorist attacks where they are many in number.
I feel very sad for this man. He is a sincere father who says, that if he is a terrorist he can killed. This is a clear evidence, that, muslims dont hate india and love pakistan at all when it comes to the question of mother land. All of us should understand their sentiments and help them to overcome such grief. Nobody, should blame the muslim communicty as a whole for terrorists. The politicians should stop dividing people like this. The general public should be aware of what they are talking and should not indulge in wild accusations like this. We must repsect muslims' rights as well as we respect christians, hindus, sikhs and other religions.

nice thoughts friend i think the majority of hinuds think like you except a few hindus who have made this forum not disscusion but divsion forum
All muslims are not anti-nationalists. It is just that Pak or other forces easily access and trap them. But, if more and more number start openly committing to India, their motherland then, this hatred can fade.

I am not sure, what kinda brian you have. People like you should be shot dead for hurting emotions of our fellow indians.......
By chance, your father or brother is caught in such act & is trapped, would you love to hear such things & get a 25 lacs reward.
I really pity this misuse of electronic media by people with such rotten thinking like you, who create & extend the already divided emotions of our fellow indians.
"However, in spite of their son facing terrorism charges, Waheed's family is not being targeted by neighbours."
Is Rediff insinuating people should have targeted the family cos the son turned out to be a terrorist? Shouldn't the statement have been... "Remarkably and rightly, Waheed's family is not being targeted by the gracious neighbours."

You are expecting good, sensible usage of language from nincompoop, immature journalism graduates!! Good Luck.
Whenever a person commits a crime, the real sufferers are the parents and family (besides the victims and their families). He must have worked hard all his life to provide food for his family ! I feel his pain.
Violence against innocent people is so mindless. It is also a shame that religious texts can be manipulated to justify killing !
Another thing that strikes out is that this person is poor (middle class) and yet he has 11 children. How can he give them quality time, education and attention.
It's a problem at multiple levels.
Most people are oppressed and suffer some injustice. How you vent it will define our times...
That idiot is wondering here and there, killing innocent people and bringing in trouble his own family and motherland.
But is the mistake of this poor old person and his wife. They were and are poor and illiterate. Now the muslim communities shud come forward to help them get out of this embrassment. They shud not become the victim of the acts of their child. It was these muslim communities who motivated them to have as many childeren as they can , irrespective of their financial position. These parents even have sent their kids to study in madarsas..
..so now at least muslim communities come in front. critsize the acts of that young terrorist but at the same time help poor old parents at least on human grounds.
