Its astonishing to see the size and speed of comments pouring in for this post. And unfortunately, most of the comments have been outright malignant, hateful, vicious and accusatory. Maybe Shahid's father tried to save face by adopting a patriotic/nationalist face, or maybe he just felt outrage at being related to someone who played a part in a dastardly act; why cannot we take things for what they are and not offload truck-loads of mindless hatred here? Why do we need to make a hero or villain out of Shahid's father?
