For Anuj Sharma From Milind
by Milind on Aug 30, 2007 07:46 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I got this link via Vikipedia. This was a theory put forth by Mr.P.N.Oak who claimed that Taj Mahal is actually a Hindu temple called Tejo-Mahalaya. To my startling suprize, the top the Dome called Finalle is shaped like a Trishul. It also has leaves with a coconut in a vessel which is a typical Hindu custom. This theory was put way before the Sangh Parivar became popular. The pseudo-secularists thrashed his theory in Supreme court out of fear of hurting Muslim sentiments.

Note that this is a theory. Not necessarily a fact. Whether it is a fact or not is what we should debate. No abusive language from anyone please. Else I will not respond. Thanks.

Folks,

Why such arrogance ? Did I ever say destroy the Taj to find what is inside the hidden corridoors ?

Regarding undoing India, if that is what is required to reveal the truth, YES WE WILL. Truth ultimately prevails. We dont have to use violence to attain that.

Taj Mahal is a great architechtural and artistic construction. But it is made to be the symbol of love. Mumtaaz was the only one of the many wives of Shahajahan.

In his own court chronicle, Badshahnama,
Shah Jahan admits that an exceptionally beautiful grand mansion in Agra was taken from Jai Singh for Mumtaz's burial.

The term "Mahal" has never been used for a building in any Muslim countries from Afghanisthan to Algeria. "The unusual explanation that the term Taj Mahal derives from Mumtaz Mahal was illogical in atleast two respects.

Firstly, her name was never Mumtaz Mahal but Mumtaz-ul-Zamani," he writes. Secondly, one cannot omit the first three letters 'Mum' from a woman's name to derive the remainder as the name for the building."Taj Mahal, he claims, is a corrupt version of Tejo Mahalaya, or Lord Shiva's Palace . Oak also says the love story of Mumtaz and Shah Jahan is a fairy tale created by court sycophants, blundering historians and sloppy archaeologists . Not a
single royal chronicle of Shah Jahan's time corroborates the love story.

Furthermore, Oak cites several documents suggesting the Taj Mahal predates Shah Jahan's era, and was a temple dedicated to Shiva, worshipped by Rajpu

European traveler Johan Albert Mandelslo, who visited Agra in 1638 (only seven years after Mumtaz's death), describes the life of the cit y in his memoirs. But he makes no reference to the Taj Mahal being built. The writings of Peter Mundy, an English visitor to Agra within a year of Mumtaz's death, also suggest the
Taj was a noteworthy building well before Shah Jahan's time.

P.N.Oak says the Wood used for the Door has age of around 400yrs which was 100yrs more than the Taj construction date. But dumbo doesn't know that that was the age of the Tree.

If he would have used the marble for aging, then be might have got atleast a Billion Year age for the Taj. In which case, Taj Mahal would have been a piece from Mars, built by Maritian Sanghi.

You are stuck with the top trishul symbol, but what about the whole Taj design??? PN Oak says it is a Shiv Temple, then show another Shiv Temple in the whole India which has the architecture that of Taj.

The Taj design-style can be easily seen in many regions of Mongols, and Central Asia where some Mughal culture has influence.

As I said, this is a theory which needs scrutiny. There are several points which deserve merit. For photos see http://www.stephen-knapp.com/was_the_taj_mahal_a_vedic_temple.htm

1. Trishul symbol on Top.
2. Cocunut leaves in a vessel. We use it in all Hindu pujas. Can you imagine a Muslim using that.
3. Music house next to a mosque ?
4. Inlaid pinnacle pattern in courtyard ?
5. Red lotus at apex of the entrance.
6. Typical Vedic style corridors.
7. A locked room on upper floor and ground floor. Why is it locked ?
8. Vedic design on ceiling of a locked room.
9. The OM in the flowers on the walls.
10. Palace in Barhanpur where Mumtaz died ?

Mr. Syed Amin Jafri looks like a picture perfect gay that any Saudi Mullag would die for. We know that Quar promises 72 houris and 28 ghilmans for any jihadi who dies for Islam. Its quite obvious that Mr. Jafri was itching for the ghilmans in this case :)

RE:If Ram Mandir is a Babri Masjid, Cant Kaba be a Shiv Mandir ?
by Milind on Aug 30, 2007 06:20 AM  Permalink
In India the crescent moon is always painted across the forehead of the Siva symbol. Since that symbol was associated with the Siva emblem in Kaaba it came to be grafted on the flag of Islam.

Another Hindu tradition associated with the Kaaba is that of the sacred stream Ganga (sacred waters of the Ganges river). According to the Hindu tradition Ganga is also inseparable from the Shiva emblem as the crescent moon. Wherever there is a Siva emblem, Ganga must co-exist. True to that association a sacred fount exists near the Kaaba. Its water is held sacred because it has been traditionally regarded as Ganga since pre-Islamic times (Zam-Zam water).

Muslim pilgrims visiting the Kaaba temple go around it seven times. In no other mosque does the circumambulation prevail. Hindus invariably circumambulate around their deities. This is yet another proof that the Kaaba shrine is a pre-Islamic Indian Shiva temple where the Hindu practice of circumambulation is still meticulously observed.

The practice of taking seven steps- known as Saptapadi in Sanskrit- is associated with Hindu marriage ceremony and fire worship. The culminating rite in a Hindu marriage enjoins upon the bride and groom to go round the sacred fire four times (but misunderstood by many as seven times). Since "Makha" means fire, the seven circumambulations also prove that Mecca was the seat of Indian fire-worship in the West Asia.

Yes many suggestions...

Idol worship is such, it does not fulfill intellect of humans...

Did God (whoever it is) send man to earth along with an idol or God sent man with intellect and a code of instructions...

If a new born is left alone in nature without any external influence of any kind, will he make idols as we see today and start worship....

Hmmmm..

Hello RRRChola,

Your comments indicates a basic lack of the Hindu Religion. Being a Muslim should not limit your thinking process or ability to understand other faiths.

Reason for idol worship:
We Hindus believe that God is omni-present. Probably you believe the same. Because He is omni-present, He occupies all the space in the Universe. This includes us Humans, Trees, Animals, Stone, Everything. So essentially you can pray to anyone and anything and God will be present there. The presence of an idol or an image helps focussing while praying. Would you rather see and listen to a movie or only listen to one ? The image helps in the Visualization process. Hinduism allows us to even worship Allah or Christ aswell. The path is immaterial. The destination is important. Such thoughts come from maturity of the religion. Cristianity / Islam feel very insecure for their existance. That is why their founders prohibited acceptance of other religions. I am sure that after a couple of thousands, your religions will attain this maturity.

Police Have NO Time for Policing ... All Time Goes In Collecting Hafta's
by Naveen Chomal on Aug 30, 2007 04:33 AM  Permalink

Police are ALWAYS busy ... collecting bribes from all small and big is a massive job ... You all must appreciate that... If citizen groups volunteer to collect it for them ... they will have more time for policing.

Believe it or not the police extract haftas even from shoeshine boys, your neighbourhood corner mochi and even from small girls selling flowers to you at the signals ... most of these poor people barely earn enough for just one meal a day.

The rogues then spend it on drinks, gambling and owning dance bars. After drinks they decide to rape educated people... Read full at ....

RE:golden, divorce in islam shows islam treats women like $hit.
by Mannu on Aug 30, 2007 03:15 AM  Permalink

Useless FAKE BHUDDHA go to sleep now, it is already 3 in the morning.

You idiot dont even know, women in Islam can get a divorce. It is called "khula".

If the divorce from men it is called "talak" understand you half knowledge stupid fellow.

By the way why is the divorce topic you are pulling here? I think it is irrelevant to the news item above. Moderator should block your messages.

And also for your information, muslim husband should give "meher" to his ex-wife. This amount is fixed by girls father (see a good point it's kind of anti-dowry).

How much are you getting paid by the hate websites?

And most important thing, husband is not entitled to a single penny from the women's earnings even if they are still married. But wife has full right over husband's earnings.

You are just a useless, stupid with broken heart, no family, try to put your energy in earning something and do good for the poor in India.

Some religion talk about taxes and redistribution of wealth after death. Some religions also talk about spreading their faith and only believing in their version of faith. Some religions talk about messiah and his words..

Hinduism talks about "Super Conciousness". It talks about humans becoming GOD. It talks about nature being realization of GOD. Hence one can worship a COW or a Stone or the Sun in the sky..

by ann on Aug 30, 2007 03:10 AM  Permalink
You hit the nail on the head. If divorce is less in a community that does not mean that women are better off in that community. It only means that are repressed and do not know how to stand up against verbal or physical abuse. It could be fear of society, lack of financial resources or years of brain washing. These women live their lives like robots or puppets where they can not think for themselves. They have no control over their lives because they inherited xy chromosomes instead of xx by pure chance of nature. Muslims take real pride in their women who are nothing more then puppets. Instead they should be ashamed as human beings for not treating them better than animals.
