The article clearly states about Police dossier and Nanjappa's contribution is just to bring it to us. I dont understand why to blame him? This dossier clearly shows that our police has very little info about the terror mastermind. Moreover he was in Hyderabad in 2005 and still was not arrested.

People should understand that it is handi work of RSS/VHP/BJP, they want to create the Hindu-Muslim divide when ever they are out of job.
