Looks like there are reservations even in prisons...check out the percentages for SCs, STs and OBCs in the gross convicts and undertrials lists ha ha ha ha...they seem to have a 20% odd reservation for backward classes...now one should ask...is that justice???

Dear friend.. you might have read the statistics in the article itself... if not please go through once again....
UP population is also hight... so it balances i guess... and its muslim population is also hight... and they contributes more... because of reservation....
