Let him be of any religion, but primarily he is a human being and not an animal. The days of slavery is also gone. The guy requires to be brought before law for the theft, but the policemen and the common people who were involved in this brutal assault also should be brought before law and punished.
This Guy Salim deserve this punishment. Peoples should take law in their own hand instead of wasting time in courts. Courts are useless. If police take him to court, they may acquit the thief. hence the action of cops and mobs are justified.
It was a horrific and gruesome sight to see the youth being beaten mercilessly. Bihar still seems to be in the barbaric era. The chain was restored to the owner and the public should have handed over the youth to the police and they had no business to take law into their hands. Are they human beings or animals? The concerned police officials were suspended. Mere suspension is not enough. They should be dismissed from service. Only then it will serve as a lesson to the others.

then what do u expect us to do ... go to bihar and observe those jerks who actually killed a person showing no mercy .......... its was actually a painful death
The difference between a barbaric & civil society is how it treats humans !! Even uspected criminals. Dispensing justice also should be within the realsm of human dignity. Inthat way NHRC is absolutely right in questioning the barbaric/Talibanic ways of Bihar Police !!

I dont understand why is NHRC is shilding criminals or else in future goondas will rule the police
You watched this and also human rights people. What about thousands of those who are butchered by terrorists. No NHRC or any other human rights will come. This is blown out of proportion because that guy is a muslim.

hey what is a difference between a terrorist and bihar police than? terrorist are unknown and police is our own correct? its better if a terrorist kills u, they dont torture u na, but police they torture in such that its better for the victim to be shot dead rather than dieing every minute of torture

I do agree that this incident is not tolerable. But you can not blame complete bihar police for wrong doings of one or two policeman. but i do sence some vote bank politics in this. Especially seeing our dear Laluji say something this seems quite surprising. it seems his memory is very week, also i wonder what is that making laluji and other congresswomen angry is it that a person has beeten up or that a muslim person has been beten up (PLEASE CLARIFY).

Where did the Muslim issue come into picture ......All we know that it was inhuman ......... Pls do not support the policemen who had done such an act ........... One question that comes to mind here is why did the news channel who shot this act didnt do something bout it ...........
