With the talk of mid-term elections to Lok Sabha doing rounds in the wake of strained relationship between the Left parties and the United Progressive Alliance government at the Centre, there is a rumour going on in the State Capital that Lok Satta chief Jayaprakash Narayan is planning to contest the mid-term polls to test the waters for his fledgling party.
According to the talk, Jayaprakash Narayan might contest for Lok Sabha from Machilipatnam or Vijayawada or from Ongole. If at all Lok Satta received any support from the people, it is in these two or three areas. Moreover, JP is planning to kick off his campaign against belt shops (illegal liquor shops) from either Krishna or Prakasam districts. So, he might have the chances of getting elected from these areas, sources say.
Perhaps, JP might be thinking that this election would really give him an opportunity to test the real strength of Lok Satta, which he had been thinking of converting into a formidable party by 2009 elections. If he is rejected by the people in mid-term polls, there is no point in believing that the people would believe the other candidates fielded by Lok Satta in the next Assembly elections.
So far, JP has not opened up his mind on this aspect.

IF you look closely into the matters happened over past 15 years, we can see BJP as the root cause of the terrorism.
From the day they started using hinduvata as their politcal tool , problems between communities started brewing up. As the BJP contuinued their struggle for Ram Mandir , minorities especially muslims started feeling alienated and insecure in their own country.
When BJP started recruiting people thru their saffron allies like vhp and rss they ignored the fact that they were actually inviting big enemies to hindus and to the country as well.
Followers of BJP and saffron parties were injected with hatred towards minorities for thier political motivation which ended up only in mass killings and riots throughout the country.
This fearful scenario insecurity and hateredness created by BJP helped indian muslims to tend towards extremist help from pak and bangladesh. Before BJP's political intervension using hinduvata we had extremist threat only in our borders. Now we have the threat spread all over the nation.
Why do u think minorities vote for congress as a whole? because they feel insecure in BJP. Its clear from this that their state of mind as fearful and insecure which is not good for a country's growth.
Who is responsible for this situation? Does anyone think Lord Ram will be happpy to see mandir built their after so much of bloodshed? Does anyone thinnk that India can go forward ignoring (or making enemies) the mi

so how do you explain this to Congress, who will do anything, I mean 'anything', they will even murder 'hindus' if required, to please mulims so that they can get votes???? Not to mention the leader is not even from this country???
Very tough times for non-muslims in India lies ahead....
We all know about the forces who want India to be an islamic country. Lets give it a name, for reference sake, say 'ISLAMIA'.
This Islamia has a 'front', just like any other organization that does the PR etc. Then it also has a 'back end' that does the real work. In this case, heres the reality:
Islamia Front end = Congress party
Islamia Back End: LeT, HuJI, HUM, etc.
Under these circumstances, Non-Muslims will never besafe under congress. They will eventually have to arm themselves and find a 'modern' Shivaji to lead them.
