Well.even if terrorists place themselves in hands of police, Indian Courts will ensure that they are released honorably to plan and execute more blasts.
Why no terrorism in Gujrat.Because Modi is there.Any person found with terrorist is killed immd.No arrests are made.Raid low lying muslim areas and start buthering terrorist supporting muslims and blasts will disappear foreever

Mr. Commissioner now that they have commited a ghastly offence, please arrest them. All citizens of Hyderabad and AP know where they come from and where hide. But unfortunately vote banks come first and safety of citizens is sacrificed at the altar of opportunistic politics politics. That is why police is inactive. The writ of the government or police does not run where they come from. We have a North West Frontier Province situation in Hyderabad in Heart of India. Naxals could be suppressed in no time.
