You are Right. I think same for Sanjay Dutt. Badaa Gaandhigiri kaa baat kartaa hain. He should not have applied in Supreme Court for Bail and should have served the Jail Term - for Paap dhonaa.

by Dhan Kotnala on Aug 24, 2007 12:43 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Like Sanjay Dutt, he will appeal to high court where verdict will b given after 7 years. if he loses there, he will appeal to supreme court, where it might take another 10 years, case will loose its importance and people and law will forget. That's Story of India

He will also be not given a copy of the judgement till he gets bail from the High Court...hahahahaha....and the final verdict will come and Hon.Supreme Court will uphold the judgement of 5 years.... by the time Salman Khan will be 80 years old and his advocate can say that since he is 80 years age and the court should show sympathy...and it will be granted.....hahahahahha

why only the Congress people put every one who are attached to the nasty politics ,and draging us to the Way of darkness, put them in Jail, also make a hearing for all of them , may Sanjay and salman are Guilty but our ministers are like Slow Poisons we are approaching towards our death by the Politics of country,we su shrugg it off, But from my point of Viewsanju is the Victim by unfortunate ,he doesnt know by holding and destroying a AK-56 will cost him 6 yrs of imprisonment. salman is surely a Guilty court has done the right thing.

My dear Jignesh Shah and his supportes
I just saw a news item stating that great Ex Minister Manika Gandhi, stating her happiness over Salmans Jail. If she has so much affection towards animals, why she cant take the matter with Spanish authorities for banning Bull fighting. It is very terrible to watch, It is inhuman creuelty to animals. She will not talk any cruelty if it gives money to her.How many people are killed that is not her concern.BUT HOW TO GET CHEAP POLULARITY, THIS IS THE CORRECT WAY FOR HER .

Hi Leo,

very apt message from you. for your information, i would like to add that like menaka gandhi(who is a true hypocrite, she is an animal lover because no human loves her and she has no love for millions of poor humans in this country) amala (wife of south film star nagarjuna) started one blue-cross society which denied research on some hepatitis disease involving rats, monkeys. if that research was successful, the very tablet/medicine which was available for 20 rupees could have been available for 2 rupees. just goes to show, how low these people can fall..

RAJ.

He & Sanjay Dutt deserves the punishment for their act. They are actor's / VIP's / Celebritie's that doesn't mean that they can do what ever they like and set free without punishment. IN OUR COUNTRY IT TAKES A VERY LONG TIME TO GIVE JUSTICE FOR ANY CASE, which in a way makes such people fearless.

If somebody closely watch your activities you will also go to jail for some or the other reasons because we all do mistakes/wrongdoings in our day today life.... it does not mean that when you are caught you can say .... all these days I have been doing this why you are punishing me now. It is simple as that

If a celebrity does that and get away with that, it authenticates the cirme, then the crime becomes an unwritten law.

Just because some people get away with law does not mean that criminals should not be punished. Have you ever lost your car or something closer to your heart? Have your ever lost someone known in an accident? Just check your reactions when you hear that.

I am sure you would not be talking like this. If you get a chance you will try to hit that guy, if not kill.

So don't justify crime because some get away with that. If celebrity gets imprisonment, it serve as a lesson for the so called celebrity and the people who come to know about it.

By the way we can't call a person celebrity even after we know for sure that he has done a crime.

I fully agree with your views. I too think that the celebrities are being target unfairly. The people who are actually committing crimes are strolling in the society without any fear of being caught and even they challenge the system openly stating that THEY CAN BUY THE JUDGE N COURT. Most of the politicians in UP and Bihar are criminals and are accused in several cases but unfortunately nothing happens to them. It is just the unfortunate of India that the people who committed offences in ignorance are being punished.

I am of opinion that Salman should be released with some penalty and warnining. By now he must have realized that he has done something wrong and surely he would not do it again.
