what.. the bloody u e talking. How can he be a good person. I didnot get ur point. In what way he is a good person. He has knowing hunted animals and killed them. he did that knowingly. then how come he becomes a good man.
Emotions.. dosnot mean u go and kill people sleeping on the pavement with ur reckless driving if that is called emotion then u can show him the gallows way.
People here are to live first then emotions come next. If the person himself(here the dead person) is not their then how emotions come.

If that is the case...most of the Sadhus, who also smoke grass/cannabis/marijuana, should also get capital punishment!!!...lol.
Its surprising that Govinda has made a statement saying this justice is bad for the country....now he is also a MP...he needs to clarify what does he mean by that....does he mean to say that celebreties should be let off for whatever they do or that the court has done a mistake in its judgement.....i can understand being a MP he has also developed the gut that he can get away by doing anything he likes like all other politicians of these country.....will someone ask the actor/ MP to clarify his statement.
This is flashed is one of the news channel and my earlier post on this has been reported as abuse by one of the Govinda fan. but you cannot stop facts to come out

2 things need to be clarified. 1.Govinda is a Congress MP who defeated RaM Naik who was so helpful and popular in the area and what Govinda did in his area and in Parliament is wellknown to public. Remember the promises made and the watershortage in his area? 2. It would be interesting to recollect the description of how Salman killed the injured Black-buck in the Jeep with an open demo of slitting the throat of that rare animal with such pride! I wish someone gets a copy of this description from News-paper archives to be shown to Govinda!
I think debating topic is not whether he should get jailed or not. Its the matter of whether he is getting justice whatever may be. As we have seen how these peoples are playing with laws. The problem is with the flaws in the system. This is just an example which came to notice to the general peoples because these are celebrities (sanju, salu). I know the case of the peoples who are either politically sound or very rich, this is most common anywhere in India if you have any one of these you can play with law.Time has come that some dictator should take control of India and make a necessary changes in the system. Look at the media ... are they fair to the society? No... they are also biased.... they are also playing with the people like politician......Ya I am also one of then who voted for these mad politicial who doen;t know the importance of there position. What they are earning... cores and core but at the cost of whom..... they brothers and systers...... Shame on these guys.... Look at the gandhi who sacrific his family for country....
HE HAS TO GIVE DEATH SENTENCE AS HE ALREADY KILLED HUMANS... BESIDES HUMAN SOUL AND ANIMAL SOUL HAS NO DIFFERENCE..... ONLY THING IS THAT THEY CAN'T ARGUE AT COURT..... HIS IS A TERRORISTIC MENTALITY & ATTITUDE, A DRUNKARD TOO...... THE SENTENCE PERHAPS UNSATISFACTORY AND WE ALL INDIANS EXPECT A LIFE TERM AT LEAST...... THERE IS NO MORALITY HE HAS DONE IN HIS ENTIRE LIFE..... HE EVEN DISTURBED HIS CO-FEMALE CELEBRITIES FOR BAD PURPOSES......
Both made mistakes, and got punishment also, BUT i feel Sanjay is a Better human, sanjay might be feling that he did a mistake and he is suffering for it, But Salman is not a human, he is just a article of flesh, and bones, who wanted to do whatever he want.
