THe job portal itself is asking for more than one option of CVs matching the requirement of the job rather than selecting the right person with right qualification. Why blame some one alone for such an act. As said in this column, Whole society is getting corrupted. There is question of any particular religion .

why u post such irrlevent statement yar..we are not talking abt boss here. its about faking rsumes and not also for any perticular cast/race etc.
yes, 80% resumes are fake....let me tell about freinds fake resume.....he applied for oxford university putting 3 years expereience....but his applicatiion was rejected not because they found fault with his fake experience or other credentials...instead they rejected because there is an spelling mistake in his resume and application....

Actually kalyan, people fake resumes not only for jobs abroad but even here in India. half the time it goes unnoticed and they get the job or they do notice it and let them get away with it. Can we blame it alll on the Indian mentality??

Whomsoever has done the forgery is guilty of a major crime.If it is a muslim,he is subject to more intense scrutiny as they are suspects number one.It's tragedy that history repeats itself like the japanese suspects living in United states during the World WarII muslims are facing similar circumstances.Muslims should understand that it is difficult time for them and desist from uncrupoulous activities.If they are victimised even after honesty then it is holocaust revisited.
This sounds like just an excuse to sack him , I know of many people even non-Indians who fake their cv's worked with some of them. So in todays world faking cv's or "minor adjustments" like this are very common. There must be some other reason behind the scenes who knows.
