Keeping mass destruction weapon is itself is a big crime. (If u say it is for self defense then it is not proper way of defending his case.Then every crazy insane person will come out with a good reason) Dutt should be punished. It shd serve as a example and lesson to people who might think about anti social activites. I pity people who are backing Dutt and his release with out proper punishment. If not hanged atleast he deserves punishment. I am also a great fan of his acting skill but objectively speaking he deserves more punishment than this. May be he has changed now and he and his family might have undergone lot of trauma and may be he is not directly related to bomb blasts and may be it was past but this shd not be an excuse for what he has done.
This would be a short respite. But I hope Supreme court will lessen the sentence to a year or 2. The fact he kept the gun for self defence purposes should be strongly considered while seeing magnitude and intention of the crime. Blast victims would have unfortunately died anyways whether he asked for the gun or not so trying to link that to his aquiring gun is foolishness. Courts and police should spend more time on more dangerous criminals rather then try to make examples and keep all gullible people happy..

Everybody knows what you have done and all awre aware of your connections with the underworld. Sometimes things are proved and sometimes they are not. So don't ever think that you are a saint. You do not become a Gandhi by acting so. Don't use it as a camouflage for your sinister connections from your mother's side. So shut up you crap.
