R U sure it was the same court and the same judges? And other thing, as long as one is in power, he is a saint. But once the power is gone, he becomes a criminal. Same will be applicable to your present ruler too.
Which People are against for Mushraff? 1. Fanatics of Islam 2. Terrorist 3. Mullas of pakistan
This people are against Mushraff because Mushraff is taking action against them. If Mushraff is gone this people will be back again with full popwer.
Do you want a goverment in Pakistan, which this mullas support or you want a goverment which does not get the support of this mullas and terrorist?
I strongly think mushraff should be there and he is the only person who can route out this people from the country.
My friends can argue saying that he is the one who supported them initally against india, but right now he is not supporting them, that the reason, this mullas want Mushraff to be ousted.
Simply saying, Mushraff staying in pakistan is beneficial for India.
