america-european union-japan-s.korea-taiwan, over 35 trillion dollars economy/year.
all who do not have good relations with america will not be able to trade with the above bloc, resulting in living in mud-huts like cuba, sudan, syria, libya, somalia, north korea.
ps: china has most favored nation trading status with the bloc but advises other countries to break off relations......ha ha ha ha

You observed the whole issue with a blind eye! What is the situation in Nigeria? Serbia? Rwanda? List will be big Dude!! All are close allies of US.No country can improve without self reliance. Borrowing technology only exposes your inability and technological vulnerability! In energy issue we should not be dependent on any other nation, we should develop our own technology to trap natural resources. We can follow the path of Brazil!Brazil has developed wonderful technology to convert sugarcane into biofuel. The farmers are making money out of it and whole economy has made phenomenal improvement in last 10 years. We on the other hand will become permanent stooge after this deal

Agreed! Do it now, and debate all previous deals while at it. These two-faced hypocrites talk about the N-deal sparking an 'arms race' between India and Pak - wonder where they were all these years? Apparently they're unawares of Pak's unending suplies of Chinese-suplied arms - guns, tanks, missiles, ships, warplanes, nuclear technology and materiel. No sirree, they only complain when there's the slightest benefit for India. Thier tired Commie tirades against the evil capitalism system and corporations in particular is further proof of their bankruptcy of ideas, and more significantly, there's nary a word about their new-age gung-ho capaitalist pals in Mandarin-land, who's working their people like slaves to fill their forex war-chest, so that they can not only buy friends and influence worldwide, but to be able to outspend and shut-out India in mineral resources as well, whether in South America, Africa or Asia. Funny how closer friendship with Uncle Sam can make so many Indians see 'red' and go blue in the face from braying.
Yes, the Constitution of India certainly needs an amendment. To what effect? To the effect that the Leftist gasbags should have the final say on ANY issue, even if they don't have majority, even if they are in a minority, even if they don't have a single seat in Parliament. And once this amendment comes into force, it should form a basic feature of our Constitution, and it should be beyond any scope of dilution, so long as the Leftists live in India.
It looks like Medha Padkar gets money from some sources, every developmental activitiy, she is hindering w/ some people w/ some reasons.

Contrary to the romantic stand of "However, our basic objections to this deal stem from our opposition to the production and use of both nuclear weapons and nuclear energy."...... the left dialectics, this time around is actually rooting for more tests and more weapons!

Is not the Left's sudden 'patriotic' outburst as well its newfound interest in India's "sovereignty," and its dramatic foresight that our option for nuclear weapons be not closed, A JOKE SINCE THE CREATION of this universe?

The green trio who have written this piece now got to decide what kind of left are they in the game? -- Left-in, Left-out? These names are precious for green movement and environmental debates, but a good botanist does not make a good carpenter!

The green movement in the west is associated with leftists, in Indian scenario it makes more sense for them to be either non-political or tilt towards Bhartiyata to make more meaningful even when it is oppositional impact. Their good work can inspire and impact Indian technology in a significant fashion. When it comes to nuclear power, since survival issues are involved, this matter needs a serious re-think.
