This type of ineffecincy of our judicial system is the root cause of increased terrorist activities in India. It shows that law is only for ordinary citizen and poor people, rich famous and celebrities are above the law including politicians. How our system will improve? What for Indians to adopt parliamentary democracy? Are we going back for the tit for tat rule when justice will deny to the common citizen?
Is there any seperate law for VIP's and their family, All these people are able to escape very easly. All these cases end result is same then why we need to frame charges and waste people's tax money.
Now again it's proved that no politician can be jailed. The government presurize CBI not to put weight on the case. Thus inspite having all the evidence, Politician never jailed. Same case happened with Sibu Soren and Kotraachi.
