Once again it reinforced my faith about our judicatory, whose motto is "MIGHT IS ALWAYS RIGHT". Wasn't is an injustice to Shibu to be in jail, when others like Lalu, Rarbri, Jaylaitha, Mayawati etc are not only free but also enjoying power ?

Tell me since indepenedence how many murder accused who are paying income tax have been given capital punishment or life imprisonment? The answer is not Naxalism. Do u know the Naxalites kill the common man as well? The answer is to just do what is right and not give in to the injustices. If u standup to some injustices as a society, u will bring about a change. Killing someone just b/c they antagonise u is not the answr. I am not supporting any party. We all know they r a bunch of crooks. So the common man also must do something.

....also during emergency i was in school, and during that period teachers were teaching well and on bus stop there was proper queue and the bus (best) was more regular and punctual, in rationing card office the clearks were working fine without taking money! ..and ther ewere many more positive sides of Emergency.
