In Mugal Era, there used to be two different Darbars(Courts) One is called Diwan E Aam where it was an Assembly of Aam Janata and other is called Diwan E Khas where there was an Assembly of Khas( Special or Royal) people.Our Congress party has taken a leaf out of the Mughal rule and calling itself a govt. of AAM AADMI, but serving only the KHAS AADMI. The Indians never feel outraged because we are the DEAD people on this earth.
