The High Court has said that the prosecution has failed to prove the case. The prosecution is controlled by the Govt. May be this aquital is a fall out of the opposition to the Nuclear Deal!!!!

It is so obvious the CBI would support the ruling coalition and the witness to turn HOSTILE after a prolonged case....13 years in this case.....what more can you expect... The goons go scot free whenever they are part of the ruling coalition; afterall he had been one of the architect of Jharkand and witness in his state or erstwhile Bihar would be too scared to stand against him unless if the cases are cleared by a Fast Track courts ruling out appeal at Higher courts... this would never happen and the politicians like these would look for loopholes AS ALWAYS !!!
