Its suprising the way we all who are part of the system comment. The success of any case, depends on its merits and the jurispudence and how the judicial officer has concieved the arguments in the light of the legal provisions.
Leave side that, I'm confident that nature's law is much more harsh nad one need wait for conviction . The punishment is imposed sooner or later

Aadi, dear ignoramus..RSS wasn't even an accused in the Gandhi murder case. In fact, no organisation was involved, it was only the handiwork of a few misguided patriots

Adi manav belongs to the stone age era. so he/she (identity not reveiled) doesn't know anything. He is just bluffing here on behalf of congress. He might have paid for it.
Naive are those who believed that Shibu would serve life sentence in Tihar! No matter which party a politician who was a Cabinet Minister in any Govt would ever serve the sentence to its fullest length. The entire political class would ensure that he is out at the earliest lest the same misery may befall on them one day.
It's ridiculous that the judiciary making a 180 degree turn. The degree of deviation between the lower court-High court-Supreme Court is not high almost always. Most of the times even if it exists it will be mostly the lower court exonerates the accused under pressures and poor representations but not convictions that too of high enough profile like that of a cabinet minister. Here we are seeing the High court turning aside the conviction for lack of evidence. The judges are helpless! They have to go only according to what the prosecution presents. Obviously the CBI was under strict instructions to place the weakest presentation possible by the Manmohan Govt.
It would be interesting if the Supreme Court takes a suo moto action and stays the HC Order.
Any way, as they say :"YES HE IS A BAST*RD! BUT HE IS OUR BAST*RD"

So the question remains...who killed Shashi Nath Jha ? This case can be reinvestigated like the Jessica Lal case or the Priyadarshini Matto case...now where is the Indian media? why its so silent ? Also please reinvestigate Ramesh Kini Murder case in Mumbai...Raj Thackrey has direct involvement into that murder.

I feel it is hightime our Parliament passes a bill giving immunity to all the political leaders even if they indulge in corruption or murder
I have studied the governing principle in law - everybody is equal before law. But that is theory. In practice - might is right, money is power. Nobody can touch the rich the powerful and above all we have a protected class - political leaders - they will never go to jail. The ordinary workers of all parties get punishment by courts. After all India is the largest democracy by its size and smallest democracy when the rules are implemented.

This holds true even in the developed societies. A serving President of the United States lied under oath and he was exonerated with a mild rap on the knuckles! Thousands take oath every day in the US and India and one proven lie under oath is enough for them to be convicted.
Actually, it is amusing that the witnesses and others are supposed to take oath that they will tell the truth and only the truth, no such oath was required by the Judges that they will deliver impartial justice and for the advocates no oath is required that they only prove the truth and nothing but the truth.
These assumptions are fallacious at the root level
