well guys its not over yet now in near future in next elections bjp will come to power then this case will reopen in supremecourt and go on guys this is india still lots of drama is to be played no need for serials still lots of eyewashing to be done and we will watch like foolish dumbos and write a few words on sch forum and read it some and forget by another day

It is no more a surprise that convicts are realesed for want of evidnece and CBI is now notorious for its inactions. First Quotrochi, Now Shibu Lalu is already on permanent bail. Mayavati cannot be questioned for amassing wealth, because it was all donated by party members CPI ( M ) is the richest party in India Congress Party is no longer in the Food for oil Iraq deal scam. please enlighten me now, what is the deal struck between Congress party and Bush Admn. as well as UPA with CPI (M). By 2009 there will be no elections and Delhi will be sold to USA, that is the deal struck.
I am Shocked and Bewildered along with my wife and children.This India we try to create for 2020 as envisaged by Dr Kalam.I hope Honorable Supreme Court will take suo moto notice of this judgement by High Court and order fresh trial putting CBI under its direct supervision

it wouldn't exactly help Harsh.. its is not that HC wanted to acquit him..as HC noted, the quality of investigation is poor. it will be the same in SC.. courts are heavily dependent on investigative agencies..they cant make up ruling out of thin air..
considering that JMM is a supporter of UPA govt in center, this is not a surprizing news
