When our Law minister can get released Quatarochi the Bofor Man, Getting released Mr. Shibhu is not a big thing for these guys.
But beware Shibhu congress will use u only to get support for N Deal, and then SC will be waiting for u to trap again, so don't be fooled by these shrewd politicians, because u r a criminal and not politician, otherwise a politician by definition kills and still lives in society, without any body putting finger at him.
System is alright in India , People aren't. "Prosecution" are Indian citizens who have been bribed to weaken the case . So problem is with the Indian who are suckers for money and are willing to compromise to such a low level
We should congratulate congress lead govement and its agency...on this ocassion.. keep it on. Now government and CBI got new task ahead to release sunjay dutt..They will do it successfully...and Best of Luck! Congratulation!

But what abt CBI? Can u say that government is not inter'ring in there affair. It comes directly under the Home Ministry. and they r the one who use to fight against accused in court.

Become a politician. Kill some one. Drag the case till your government comes to power or support the government in power. Make sure that the investigation agency becomes a group of EUNUCHes. Threaten the goverment and make sure the judgement comes while you are still in power. Make mockery of Judicial sysytem.
