The Higher Courts keep on overturning the verdicts of the lower courts. Does it not mean that the lower court judges are incompetent & incapable of delivering proper judgements and need to be thrown out ? How can the higher courts overturn judgements so easily ? I think there is a nexus between the judiciary whose ultimate aim seems to be to let the powerful/priviledged off the hook.

I do not think that Judges are incompetent. Bascially all the are corrupt Probably someone in CBI erased the evidence. Or there are some loopholes in the law which helped Shibu. What about the DNA results from the found body.

list just goes on where secret agent of congress Adi manav is also included in this list.
this is a perfect example of Murder of Justice and the level of Bharastachar which is affecting CBI. it is clear that even a kid can understand abt the character of CBi. they r nothing but a pupit in the hands of Rich and Famous. what has happen to Nithari, they found all the eveidance againest poor Servent, but the don't have even a single pice of words against Manendra Singh Pandher, just bcoz of he is a Rich man. Same thing they r doing now. i m forced to think that there r two types of laws in India. one for politician and another one for common man. everyone knows abt that Sibu Soren was involved in Jha' Murder. but OUR GREAT CBI don't have anything to support it. And it's better not to tell anything abt Congress ( Sonia ). they will do all short of things to remain in power. they did it before also and they r doing it now. there is nothing new to it. All these Investigating Agencies shoul be air lifted and dropped somewhere in Way Of Bangal. that will solve lots of there prob;ems and our's too. SAME ON U CBI.

CBI is one of the most corrupt organizations. I have first hand knowledge.CBI Officers threaten to implicate PSU officers and then force them to entertain with costly liquor and chicken & paneer. Even the CBI drivers refuse to eat without chicken & paneer.The CBI officers would not touch anything below Teachers Brand which costs Rs 1200 per bottle.If you dont cater to them they will implicate you in false cases.My friend was forced to pay Rs 20,000 although he was innocent.

Mr. vipul, this is India, poor Dhanonjay gets death sentence and is hanged cos he is poor and have no resources. capital punishment is given for crime done to rarest of rare case, as much I know....... I just want to ask doesnot shushil kumar the Tandoor case convict be hanged immediately. Soren, shahabuddin there are many in Jails who are getting VVIP treatment and enjoying their days... Our judiciary system is blind.... what more to say...

i think still u r in Stone Age only. without knowing the facts just for the sake of writing u wrote something. if u want to know abt the cast system go thru some Books and if u don't have time for the same then let me tell u one MAHABHARATHA. In that book got to VanParva. in that Ved Vyasa has said clearly " Janmani Jayate Sudra, Karmana Duwjotsatey", that means by birth all r sudras, it is there profession which desides abt there casts. i m not telling that what u wrote is wrong or something like that. but before writing anything u just think once abt it's contents. and grew up man. u r in 21st century, still talking abt 16th century. and to b very frank with u don't u think tht in our body itself all these 4 Warnas r there. Mind is use to control everything like a lord, hands r used to protect ourself like Kshatriya and earn livehood like Vaisa and legs use to serv the whole body. do u wish me to tell u anything else.
