Whenever we have powerfull Politicians or Anti-Secular Figures in the Docks for a Fair Trial & the Public wants to see the 'Strenght of the Law of the Land', Applied justly & equally without biased to punish the Culprits, we Indians are left sadly Dejected & doubtfull over the Intentions of our Farcical Courts & the Corrupt CBI Investigations. Incidently, CBI which is a Central Government Body is prone to conduct its investigations with blatant Malafide & dubious intentions, favouring the Mighty Politicains. The CBI has a negative record of Concivtions and leaves massive loopholes during its shoddy investigations on purpose, to help the Politicians off the hook time & again. In the last 60 years of Indian Independance, the common law abiding Citizen has never seen or heard of any Politician been arrested or jailed for his Henious Crimes. Also the CBI & Indian Police Force have lost credit with the People of this Country by Mocking the Law in its Face and misusing the Taxpayers Money. I also blame the Judiciary & Apex Courts of this Land for for not having the Moral Strenght or Gumption to Tackle the Corrupt & Criminal Political Mafia System which brazenly roams free in India and makes a Fool of our Constitution. But, when it comes to applying the law against the Common Citizens of this Country & jailing the rich & famous for Publicity, the Indian Police & Judiciary acts doubly fast to enforce the Law and punish the guilty without any reprieve. Dont blame CBI, judges of hih court and supreme courts are equally corrupt. If the acquital would have been from lower judicial official ,he would have been sacked.
There are many cases where CBI has played soft or failed 1. LALLU- CHARA GHOTALA 2.SHIBU- MURDER charge 3.Sonia /Natwar - Oil for food Coupons 4.Maya - Taj Corridor 5.Quotrochi-- Kick backs 6.Purulia - Arms drop case CBI is not impartial, objective,and quick .
If this is what happens to criminals, then whom should the people of this country look-up to for justice ?. CBI intentionally bungled-up the case to get Soren released. Will the people have faith in our judicial systems at all ?. If high level criminals can get away unpunished so easily, then the justice system is applicable only for ordinary citizens ?. Where is my country headed... ?

Yes it is used as a POWER LEVER to trouble your opponents and rebels within you and to be soft with your friendly MPs. like SHIBU,LALLU are with corruption charges by the ruling party.
