Hey MPs, enough is enough, You are an elected MP - you are not GOD! Dont show your brazen EGO in Parliament. We sent you there to make a better India and not to express your EGOs.

The best thing wud be to withdraw all the security in and around the house (where these "holier-than-thou" reps of ours gather ostensibly to run the affirs of the country. And then... call in the jihadis to finish off what we cannot do __ (and what they failed to do the last time)> Atleast next time there will be no session and no zero hour and no more wastage of honest tax-payer's money. Also our brave jawans will not have to lay down their lives for some good-for-nothing criminal-turned-politicos or the pointless-blabbermouths.

Aftermath
by Satyan Nair on Aug 22, 2007 01:12 PM  Permalink

Congress lost its credibility as a peoples' party during the Presidential election and it regained it now. BJP is losing a chance to isolate the communits by supporting them now in the name of opposing the ruling party. BJP is yet to learn the politics of India.

some strange things held india back then...
by Dinesh Nagaraju on Aug 22, 2007 01:10 PM  Permalink

our leaders failed to resolve nation's problems earlier...power-scarcity was there since several decades...and we are not good at solving our problems aggresively...same reason is getting used by some to justify the high-price india is paying for this wily, short-cut deal...bargaining a better deal terms and making indian system efficient should happen in parallel...so that our growth story cud be self-paced & independent...i look at the well-informed ppl/policy-makers to do the best thing...

Sen's recall
by abdul karim on Aug 22, 2007 01:08 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

The last thing the Government needed was Sen's undiplomatic talk. How can a diplomat talk so irresponsibily. I wonder how a person who talks off record so much could be a diplomat all along.

Tactics of Disruption...No

Panchkula, Afternoon 1 pm., Wednesday , 22nd aug. 2007
No, howsoever, tactless Ambassador Sen may have been in his zeal to protect Executive's agreement123, with US in disparaging news vendors and MPS , the Honourable members ought to realize the emormity of holding Parliament from going with the announced Agenda, set by themselves. It shows a serious dent in their own idea of their importance in the life of the state. They should maintain gravity ,serenity and dignity of parliament , in the face of criminal skulduggery of UPA lackeys, and misdeeds of hiding /succumbing to US hegemones, as stressed by this humble scribe more than once in these comments. But, opposition gives an easy handle to UPA operators by such hoodlum like disruptions of the Parliament day in and day out.D.
