Out of the 6 points mentioned by Brahma Chellaney, 4 have been addressed. The problem in understanding the agreement between the left parties & yourself is that the Hyde Act is not applicable to India.
The things that are applicable have been stated in the agreement. And I think that if UPA somehow gets the US President to say that over a conf. call or via a statement to the media, it would clear the fact that Hyde Act is not applicable to India. And 123 agreement is special for our special nation.
I do not think Manmohan Singh has any reply to Mr. Chellaney's very valid points. A lot of people on this forum have been criticizing either the BJP or the Left. Lets ask them now if they have any answers. Congressmen are in the pay of America to enslave India. They are the biggest traitors.
You have done a good job by summarizing the concerns of Chellaney and other experts. Now the question is who will put this article before Dr. Saab and if he has the stones to take appropriate action.

Yes. I agree with Johnson here. It is a "deal", not a "donation". India has to make sacrifices in order to get something in return. If the nuclear tech etc. that we are getting is not worth what we are giving in return, then scrap the deal. Somebody has to evaluate the pros and cons. And I trust M M Singh more than the Left Parties.

Unfortunately I have to support the Left (I am a capitalist at heart, btw) because Dr. MM Singh is not really the leader, just a puppet. He may be a great economist but not all CFOs can become CEOs!
