media has seen 'Gandhiji' in Sanju.
Thank god media could not find traces of 'Sanju' in Gandhi.
Gandhi was leader of masses but Sanju was 'LEADER' of media

Media has given sanju hyped publicity, what, gandhi could not get.

Gandhi could not get Bharat Ratna, so, media can take that challenge to award him Bharat Ratna.

By the way, if media fails, pakistan can give him similar one ... as DiLIP Kumar -THE GREAT SUPPORTER- of sanja has already received such award.

I was talking about "Nishan-e-Imtiaz" award.

Can someone tell, what dilip kumar contributed for pakistan, for, which he received such highest civilian award, which is at par with Bharat Ratna.

He doesn't deserve ANY prizes.. Sanjay is a convicted criminal who doesn't want to pay for his involvement in killing people in the bomb blast.. he doesn't even follow gandhigiri (gandhigiri does not say 'be a party to bomb blasts') so why should he get a prize for it.. he should be ashamed for fouling Gandhi's name by connecting it to his activities

A slap on the face of justice.
by Subodh Sundaram Kumar on Aug 21, 2007 07:51 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

How can Mr.Sanjay Dutt be granted bail??!! Abu Salem - an international terrorist( whom the Indian govt. flew down from Portugal in an exclusive IAF jet) had handed Mr.Dutt weapons at his Pali Hill residence!!! However innocent this supposed actor may have been he had associations with the dreaded gangsters/terrorists.Isn't that enough to serve six years??? The Supreme Court ought to look into very many other convictions too - like drivers who inncoently landed bombs at the various sites.. did they know that there were bombs in them? Or meagre small time thugs who were found associated with the gangsters who dont have a Fali Nariman or a Farhana to speak for them.

If minica bedi can be realesed without any charges then what else you expect from govt?
Proged passport is even less punishable than jumping traffic signal.
you are fibed for such mistake, but, forged passport.. its not crime.... ( forget about even calling it as mistake)

Rajdhani Express travels faster than papers from one court to another!
by Ramesh Kapoor on Aug 21, 2007 07:37 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Call it what you may want to, but it is a fact that bureaucracy is ruining India. Now look at this report, fax is not acceptable, and the authorities need original papers. In paperless world, the Indian babus still want to show their one-up-manship. It is worth noting that.

So you are expecting a visit from your beloved Sanju Baba as soon as he is released?

Let's see how fast you would like the criminal who commits a crime against you to be released!

I am not at all keen in getting released a person who was 'close' to dawood.
I neither believe that he is an actor.
Its all media hype.
I will loose nothing, if he remains in custody.

Mr Kapoor will not undersand my 'PJ' on criminal, so I am not cracking one more.

If sanju insisted for 'original' AK56, jailor is asking original papers!!!

Sanju should have taken help of telgi.
Telgi too is in pune jail.
he has all original papers!!!!

Telgi is not the subject of this comment and nor is the AK56, it is the speed with which communication takes place in India. Unless, of course, Tamhanker, travels in Samjautha Express.

Dear Ramesh,

These are legal matter please don't put your dirty nose in it, else it will spoil and mess everything. Let the things happen in its way. Let Sanju enjoy the Jail Hawa.

Why delay
by Prakash Rajagopalan on Aug 21, 2007 07:35 PM  Permalink

Once the supreme court has given the bail, why so much delay in complying with formalities. When a person is arrested immediately when a court gives a verdict, similarly they should also release him immediately.
