Agreed that the Left is going over-board, but then the MPs are democratically elected and have the right to protest, even though they may be wrongly or correctly protesting. However, Ronen Sen has committed a mistake, the bugger gooffed up. Remember the story of the tortoise and the swans. I wonder are people so eager to open their mouths. The government has no choice but to recall Ronen Sen. Infact, Sen must be brought before the well of the house, and be reprimanded before the people.

"It has been approved here (in Washington, DC) by the President, and there (in New Delhi) it's been approved by the Indian cabinet. So why do you have all this running around like headless chicken, looking for a comment here or comment there, and these little storms in a tea-cup?"

These where the exact words used by ROnen Sen in his interview. Any junior school student can also make out he is reffering to the media and not our parliamenterians!! God save our country, country is in such people who don't know what they are saying. Its high time BJP and LEFT should forget their dirty politics and think about the nation. They are agitated by the overall tone of the interview, which is totally against their view. To hide their anger they are asking for Sen's recall, shameless creatures, go to China

Headless ok, but chickens?
by vijairaghavan PG on Aug 21, 2007 02:45 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I too would like to join the BJP and the Left in condemning Ronen Sen for undeservedly calling them 'headless chickens". Headless, I can understand, but chickens? Surely, chickens have better qualities of maturity, responsbility, affection for the master (or patriotism, if you want to call it that) and I have already received a host of petitions for the recall of Ronen Sen for insulting the chickens of the world. Mind your language, Sen, or you'll have to chicken out...thats what (or all that) the BJP and the Left are good at.
Politics and a fanatical craving for power makes strange bedfellows in India - imagine the pariah of the political system, the BJP joining the chorus with CPM for Manmohan Singh's blood. Can you do anything but pity these chicks...sorry, 'gentlemen'?

Only 2 nations in the whole world are opposing this deal, China and Pakistan.... China has the Most Favored NAtion status with the US and opposes the same status for India. China has got a similar nuclear deal with the US bt opposes the deal with India... Jyoiti Basu of CPM protested against Indian defence againt chinese invasion of india in 1962 and was jailed by Nehru for anti India activities. Basu went on to become the CM of bengal. Commies never condemn Chinese claim of arunachal Pradesh whn the people themselves want top be part of India.. CPM opposes Indian nuclear progress bt has no problems with Chinas nuclear arming of pakistan whch are targeted towards India and supports iranian nuclear program. The communists oppose industrialiazation in India and went on killing 100's of poor farmers in Singur and Nandigram tryin to grab farmers fertile land for setting up industries. Commies are ruling bengal for more than 30 years now and have reduced bengal from being the finest to being the poorest.. Only big industry in commie ruled states bangal and kerala are trade unions and their number one product is strikes and bandh. Commies vociferously opposed introduction of computers by rajiv gandhi, commies cald computers as evil and against national interest. Commies neva condemned chinese invasion of India in 1962. Commies do not recognize aksai chin in kashmir as part of india. Use your logic now...

This is nothing but the truth.A day is coming when our country will suffer at the hands of our enemies and we will have to thank the left for it.They let minorities do what they want just for the vote. Hawkers on the pavements, forget about it, come to Chandney Chowk St Kolkata 700072 and see for yourself, they heve occupied half the roads too causing severe traffic jams. The guardians of the law fill their pockets quietly.

The Sen remark is correct the Redheads and the Saffron heads won't like it.The redheads always opposed India's growth ie when the computer was introduced they said it will take away employment.See what happened if then prime minister Rajive Gandhi had followed the advice of the redheads the 9% is not thinkable till next quarter. The Saffrons want Power. The former PM who initaited the nuclear deal now oppose it naturally for what for power. What ever you Redhead and Saffronhead think that the 60 % of our import bill is for petroleum products.I myself think if India want to produse electricity it should no be from hydrocorbons. It is taking away our hard earned money so think about it before you object to the deal which USA has given us with lot of consession.MFKP24
