Who exactly are these Left ?
by Kajolika on Aug 21, 2007 03:01 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Friends, who are these left that are opposing the Nuke deal - lets get to some history about them..
1. These left are the same people who had got several Indian freedom fighter arrested during World War 2, 1945-46, at Soviet Russia's instance.

2. these Left are the very same people who had taken China's side when 1962 Indo-Chinese war broke out. They even raised fun for Chinese soldiers in India.

3. Left also worked against Netaji Subhas Bose's war for Indian freedom.

4. Today they want to stop the Nuke deal the the instance of China's Communist party.

Can we Indians trust these very same Left with India's national interest ? Think yourself after carefully going thru history.

Do you have any written proof which says the Indian Leftists condemned China for invading India?

Do you have any written proof which opposes Chinese claims of Arunachal Pradesh as their territory?

Have you read the blogspot yourself, comrade Sahadevan? If you have read then you also know very well that what Manmohan Singh "did a lot for the US" is much better for India than what our Leftists are doing for India. Got it?

You are meant about economic liberalization? But it has not developed overall Indian Situation, but helped some multi national companies to get huge profit and IT as well as computer industries gets major benefit on this. Poor man lives poor as it is and their lives are getting more an more poorest condition and they are all getting frustrated, do you know. What for Man Mohan Singh goes for liberalisation, to get more and more investement, is it? We are from the day one he introduced the liberalisation, telling continuoiusly that in India, we have enough money and resources and we don't want to go for financial help from any body, even IMF, ADB etc. See, how many Indians are holding secret accounts in India as well as foreign banks including SWISS? How many industralists are misuing their funds in India and telling that they are operating in loss? Instead, here in India, we are exporting rice, but agriculturists are going for mass suicide? New Industries are opening in various sectors, but prevailing industries are closing down? Labours are getting nominal facilities and payments, but managers and directors are taking huge profits and allowances. Employees have been dismissed without any reason and no laws prevail to get justice to them. So what I am telling is that you and the supporters of this type of economy and liberalisation, first trye to see the ground reality and then comment.

Go, hide from the world and stay away. The world is a nasty place to live. India is not a developed country because we are interacting with the world without establishing Indian hegemony. We have failed to make Americans wear Sarees and eat samosas....What a glorious life we used to live before liberalisation of Indian economy.......really miss those good old days .....so bad...now Indians have more disposable income...tchh...tchhh..tchhh

AMerican Troops in Connaught Place
by amol on Aug 21, 2007 02:09 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Would you like AMerican Troops in Connaught Place? WOuld you like AMerican bases in India?

This nuclear deal is a prelude to that. That is why people are opposing it.

If you don't believe me...ask yourself one question.. Why is it that of the 190 countries in the UN over 131 have AMerican troops?

Read AMERICA INVADES INDIA./... www.americainvadesindia.com

Once the AMericans get their grip on the country through this deal.. FREE INDIA will be history... Wake up guys... You have come this far without America... And in 20 years you will take OVER AMerica if you don't fall for this America bluff....

Raj.... I am not for left or right ... I am like you an Indian who wants India to remain Indian.

The NY Stock Exchange has just declared that in 20 years INDIA will overtake AMERICA.... That is how well we are doing ... We are Indians we will come up and win no matter what...

The fact is if we let the Americans be in any way involved with our infra structure ... We will lose our freedom... They have ways of turning the screw...

So brother.... Dont focus on what is wrong with the Left...for you may be right... The enemy here is the AMerican intent//// And watch out... All the PEOPLE who have proposed this deal have HUGE AMERICAN CONNECTION....

NY Stock Exchange and many other research institutes globally have been talking about India surpassing US etc etc. It does not mean that these researches have taken into consideration of what India is doing only NOW. To actually make progress as these reports keep saying, in the next 20 - 25 years India has to do many more things including ensuring energy security. It is assumed in these reports that India will keep doing sensible things and not get isolated and hide in a remote corner. To make it to what these reports say, India has to do a lot more than today and this 123 Agreement is a step towards that. So do not just pat on your back and wait for 20 years to pass and wake up to a India stronger than US.

Comrade Amol, looks like you are very scared these days as India has signed the 123 agreement. Do not worry son, India is not a country similar to those 131 countries you are referring to. In the last 15 years since Manmohan Singh and PV Narasimha Rao took the path of globalisation, India has become very strong and self confident. So you will not see American troops in Connaught Place. Also please try to highlight the clauses of the 123 Agreement which you think will bring in American troops to the heart of your city. Don't get panicky and remember what our Bapu said,"No one can hurt me without my permission". India is strong enough to withstand any country today. Else, the US would not have come forward to shake hands with India.

Also if you remain scared like this then you should not ride the metro in Delhi ...coz so many people travel inside airconditioned coaches of the metro...who knows how many people have communicable diseases. So don't get out of our room and ride the metro...who knows you might see American troops in Rajiv Chowk.

Please get your facts right. Iraq gone... Afghanistan gone.... Iran on the line...Pakistan declared a failed state... And you know what... All there were people in these countries who talked just the way you are talking.... I am saddened but then it takes all kinds I guess...Wish you would reveal your name and contact details so we could send you some literature to read

The countries you have mentioned...Iraq, Afganistan, Iran, PAkistan....none of them have or had robust politacl, economical or social institutions like we have in India. We have democracy and a very well functioning democracy. None of the examples of those 131 countries relevant to India. Do not compare Apples with Oranges. India is in a leadership position today unlike the countries you named...they are and were failed nations.

It seems that you only want poor people to exist in India so that they keep on voting the Leftists. Why do lal salaam activists like you think that when people have money India, they got it through evil ways? Is it becoz people like you have failed to make a decent living and are jealous of those who are able to make money? Don't you know that there are many millionaires in India now who have made it through clean transparent means provided by the booming Indian economy. Why do communists hate money? Isn't it becoz if people have money, they will not vote for the communists? It is high time India should get rid of these pests. These Leftists only want a poor India so that they can increase their tally in the Lok Sabha.

The morally correct thing to do is to have snap polls.

And let the new government start counting 123.

Even in the US, Bush government, and outgoing one, has little moral credibility pursuing a matter of such vast significance going contrary to the laws of that land, viz. the Hide and Seek Act.

Which is the communal force? Indian Union Muslim Leage, Akali Dar, Shiv Sena? You will but simply point out that BJP. Mr. Sahadevan,BJP is a political party like communists and all others who has been well recognized by the Election Commission of India as per the Indian Constitution. As far as I see, there is no such difference between present Indian National Congress and BJP as they are the front and back of the coin. Only difference I see that BJP is asking for :1) Uniform Civil Code; 2) Abolition of Article 370; and 3) Construction of Ram Temple in Ayodhya. In point no. 3, Congress is also to find out a solution and wants a temple as well as Masjid in that place. With regards to item no. 1 and 2, as far as I knows, it has to be implemented (Uniform Civil code and abolition or Article 370). With regards to communal appeasement, both are famous in this line we cannot compare and find out who is giving more and more appeasement to some particular religious or castes etc.
