I dont think it makes any diff to us Indians. Martial or Civilian rule, they behave in the same way towards us. Anyway even in civilian rule the military has the final say there.
There is nothing new in pakisatan as far as martial law is concerned.They have a history of military regimes.And they also have a history that every time military dictator is killed and eliminated and so called democracy is establisged only to be removed by another military dictator.All top posts are occupied or controlled by the army at present.I think musharaf will be eliminated by muslim jehaids very soon.

Pakistan should immly abandon its Islamic status and be a secular nation and only then will Allah forgive them. Pakistan still has small pockets of Christians and Hindus left(Most are converted out of fear and lack of jobs as the applications for jobs state that only muslims are first class citizens and the rest are kafirs). Pakistan is a sick state with only relgious hatred and allah allah everywhere which is so sickening. Be normal human beings, abandon your desert based illegitimate parents in Saudi and see wow you will be on the path of progress
Pak is accustomed to such laws, temporary phase for them. Pak was formed due to fanatic approach of their leaders only. Time will come, when they will realise their historical blunder.

This is exactly my concern. It is against Indians and constitution, by saying that "Pakis liberated Kashmir". Rediff, dont try to claim your international news image, by hurting Indian sentiments.
