It is wrong to believe tha this kid (although 16) is completely innocent. 16 year old kids are the most dangerous atleast in the Indian urban scenario. I was smoking weed when I was 14, in Mumbai (supposedly an adult activity, that too very bold).

No I dont agree with that, The Indian Children are still far better sincere and honest, I have been in the UK and have seen the worsy crimes and behaviour by children who are hardly in their teens, sex is like some daily activity and respect for elders never exists, so mumbai 16 years are still in the innocent category. As for you, you have used your liberties and your parents trust too far, and its becoz of losers like you that unfortunately others get inspired, so this comment you have to state only for your self.
The view people have presented looks very innocent to me. Has anyone thought of a possibility of the son teaming-up with the 'so called' culprits (which seems obvious with the background). The ransom thus coming from his own parents, could have been the son's share (at least partly)? While, when things went beyond the control of these amateurs, led to this murder?
orkut is a site which can be real dangerous and all the kids these days r accessing it.It has all adult stuff and all possible things tht kids shd not access.Yeah i agree its a good place to meet friends but then its not being properly monitored and it has easy access to all addictive stuffs which can be dangerous for kids and youngsters.

It is easy to block access of orkut in your PC. This can be done by your service provider at avery nominal charges. Ask them to block access of orkut. This is a common practice in other countries to Block websites which has adult contents or which are full of wrong messages.
