Best way to get rid of Victims is to label them criminals. Automatically Victims will run for there life and real culprit are freed without hassle. This is stance taken by Satara CJM and Local State Police when we reported abductions of my 2 NRI children by Hindu-Maratha backward class gang based at satara/Pune.They have technical and financial support by UK-Midland based backward class doctor ashok/kirti Rokade and they are actively involved in masterminding and day by day progress of whole episode.ashok Rokade was spotted lately loitering around my car few times with evil motive but when we informed Uk police, They simply said no evidences of suspicious activates were found! But my home, car and telephone are under surveillance though!
This al-Rokade group was responsible for latest unrest t Pune/Mumbai during ambedarkian statue episodes and they thrive nod survive on illegal activities. Irony of story is that they have direct access to air India employee Kshirsagar ET all and he is ground staff at Mumbai airport. This are people should loose there jobs as they are direct threat to national security and no way can stay with nation's flag ship carrier. But we heard from HR that they have strong backward class lobby in air India and he is active member of employee union!!
Oh my God! Local police at satara when contacted failed to listen to us and threted to file a fake chargesheet or get us killed in fake encounter.Maharthr Police is well known for that.Then we approached Satara CJM saying that we cannt attend court due to these al-rokade gang who is based at satara and have links with all hotels in the city as they do flesh trading-money launderng etc. and could get us killed easily.We are aware of broad day light murder at satara court compound right in front of police!!
Our plight were known to Local MP,DSP.SP and Police commsioner but so far even they havent even acknowledeged applications.
so in the nut shell.Terrorist are being grown not in afganistan but here right in UK and India and they are not Muslim!!!

First of all people who are trying to justify this crime by talk about the rich poor divide are wrong. The criminals who did this are not poor, instead these gangs are demanding 2crore.. for what? Daal roti?? come on. These criminals understand only one language and that is of force. The root problem of this is that criminals know that they can get away with this by bribing politicians and police. The only solution in India is to have Chinese style laws.. Death penalty for such crimes.. no exceptions. If india really wants to join the league of developed nations, it must improve the security situation.. Increase police force and pay them decent salaries and cut down on corruption.. The root cause of this problem is Corruption in police force and among politicians. When will people stop justifying crimes and demand action from the government?

In my opinion, the root cause of such kidnappings is the void between middle class families. Range of middle class has increased tremendously. Upper range of middle class is fighting to be among the upper class.
On the other hand, poor people are fighting for their survival. Easiest way for them to make money is by illegal means. I am not approving their illegal activities but it is way too difficult for a poor person to survive. You can see exponential rise in the rate of kidnappings in Bihar,UP, & Delhi area.
An ordinary person cannot buy things, they are too expensive. Whereas some other well-off middle-class people don't even think twice in spending money. India's economic growth has been very good for specific class of people but ordinary people like government employees etc. can barely survive. No wonder you see so much of bribery/illegal activities among them.

I personally feel very sad and angry at the same time. Though thi sis not the right forum/time to say this against this henious crime but I fully agree - India is 3 country into one - developed, developing and under-developed where there is no synergy among the three and worst there is no compassion among the developed - if there is compassion ; things would not be in such a state and the worst is these 'developed' segment is the most corrupt! Country boast of highest number of millionaires in Asia and at the same time Satyen Dubey, Manjunath, Sanjay Ghose, Sarita & Mahesh had to lay their lives to fight the corruption .. I was just talking to a 'professional' the other day who does not have any qualms on selling house with 50% black money in cash! such is the state of ethics!

Prime minister and President are responsible for this. Tell me how many times before similar incident happened? Did these two fools did any thing about it? Did they held there minister responsible for such incident in there constituency? Did these minister held there law & order responsible for this?
All the answers for above is NO.
All these fools do is spend million of Rupess and lot of police force for there protection. There are never worried about there people.

I totally blame media for this media. If they have not broadcasted this news then kidnappers would have never killed him and police could have completed their work. Parents should not allow their children to stay overnight with their friends. I really feel sad for adnan's death.

First of all I feel very sorry for the family and convey deepest condolences. Following must do some retrospection
1. Family must have control over thier kids, what they spent, who they go with, where they go
2. Media needs to excerise restrain, infact we simply need a law to prevent media from disclosing Kidnapping cases until the case is solved
3. A more specialized anti kidnapping polic unit
Kidnappers looked very unprofessional from the article above, it was unfortunate that they paniced and killed the boy. At the end I really feel sorry and sad over this.

I agree to your points. But not the third one. How much wsatch can u keep on your kids? Dont they have others things to do? They can watch a kid for 12 to 18 hrs of the day but what about the rest of the 6 hours? Tell me if you had a kid what time will you be able to spend with him? Dont you have a Job to do? Dont you have debts to pay? May be not you but what about others? They do have lot of other things? Only possible way is to keep him totaly away from the internet and other social medias. I am not accusing orkut or you but there are more dreadful sites then orkut present on the internet. Something has to be done. The road is not easy. Orkut being mass popular is surely to be held responsible. I have seen sites which are more responsible. They will never allow you to post your contact information unless you have a valid credit card to prove that you are not a minor and then you need to pay. These sites use heavy filter on emails and Chat. Orkut and other sites need to take such meassure to avoid such things. This is not the first time its happening with Orkut. And besides everything a parent can do about hi schild, vunerablities of orkuts are exploited by senseless criminals. I know orkut and myspace are brilliant site...But i truely believe that they are CURSED.
guys , two weeks back, 40 skulls of girl child were found in orissa. media never reported it. no rediff, no TOI. and evertime i highlight it, my comments disappear. I have been following this censorship of news by indian agencies for years. something is fishy
I really feel bad for this. On one side we boast our country talking of our culture, ...festivals, ....independence, ...acheivements, ...shining. And on other side we see many crimes happeneing happening around us, simply which i can put as "No value for a human life" kind of. Its time to realize that we r unnecessarily boasting ourselves to just satisfy our selves that we r one,...shining,...gr8. Any society be it of humans or even ants ... where life has no value has no significance at all, and the one is reponsible for stopping other's life shud not be given any more preference or value. It is shamless that many big shots too escape punishments and then becoming inspiration to such kind of people. We are yet to face the worst.
