Commies will never allow India to grow. They are ready to sell India to china, which is name-sake communist country. Indian cummies are living in fools paradise as if they dont know the fact the China is no more cummunist country.

I have to aggree with you. Indian cummunists want to create more poor people in India so that they can exploit them in each election. But the Chinese cummunist want to eradicate poverty in Chaina. When Indian Cummunist fools are going to realize the fact?

sad
by Kartikey Soni on Aug 20, 2007 02:08 AM  Permalink

i really feel very sad to say that future generation including myself will not forgive communist for going against India to help china on the matter the want china to dominate so that in future they can get power in India like a lot of other east European nation in cold war scenario, communist believe in class more than in nationality and that%u2019s why we are unfortunate to have them as a force to reckon in Indian politics. Manmohan singh ji have really clich?a landmark deal but alas for the political short sight of left and BJP (who actually turned Indian foreign policy from USSR to USA) are ready to sacrifice Indian interest for patty political gain shame on you comrades and shame on you advaniji.

BJP/NDA should support Congress ...
by rationalize on Aug 20, 2007 02:01 AM  Permalink

There is no doubt that we need Nuke if we are to move ahead towards energy independence. In 2006, commies had come up with 7 objections which were addressed by congress during this deal. Commies have openely accepted that those 7 objections have been addressed. Now these new objections. Union type leadership at the national level will hurt them very badly. BJP/NDA is opposing because they wouldn't get the mileage out of it. Come-on BJP, grow-up. I bet your negative attitude will be taken as anti-national.

For me the most important thing is that US is aligning with India, i.e. going away from Pakistan. I am telling that one should compromise national security or flexibility but we all can work this out together ASAP.

Be strategic and pragmatic !!!
by Sriram Bhagavatula on Aug 20, 2007 01:09 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

At this juncture Dr.Manmohan Singh and Govt. of India should come up with a strategic plan to develop domestic technology based THORIUM reactors and an investment plan with dedicated implementation plans should be implemented. In the interim, YES it is important to pally with US and get the required technology and fuel by signing for this nuclear deal. Once we achieve THORIUM based energy supply systems, we as Indians can conduct one more nuclear test and then dump this present nuclear deal with US perpetually. This is where PM must show some pragmatism, by creating and implementing a thorium based R & D plan, he can also convince Commies and every Indian. Also commies should remember that "China's interests are NOT (in) INDIA's best interest"

It is indeed better to be independent rather be dependent on any other country and be a puppet country or a begging country in the world. Hum honge kaamiab ek din.

UK despite being a developed nation has less than 5% energy being generated by Nulear power. Is there no hope without American help of energy self sufficiency without american help of nuclear technology. Cant this be developed in india? Self reliance ? Aren't indian scientists good enough???
