The time has come to show door to our old leadership that has proved fatal to the nation on all fronts.This has also exposed that the congress under the leadership of the Italian widow cant take care of the country's interests.There is total bankcruptcy of leadership and statesmanship in the UPA.They have failed in all the fronts the railways has gone from bad to worst, PrnabMukherjee messed the defense department and was taken to MEA there again he messed with the issues likes Qutrechi's extadiction and releasing his money from frozen bank acnt.And now this deal has again compromised for the countries exclusive nuke program. A goon cant decide about the hard labour and the work done by the scientists who spend their lives to develop these technologies and these goons who dont know abc of anything decide about their fate.This is shame on our country that we have produced such people and allowed them to sit in the parliament to decide about our fate.The left is doing no favor to the country.They are licking the asses of their chinese masters as it doesnt suit china. They are not doing it for country but for china.And BJP and NDA are clueless what to do as they are leaderless.Two things are worth to be noted. VAjpayee could forsee this happening so he allowed to go ahead for tests even for hydrogen bomb so kudoos to him and the second thing is that Farnandes has said the right thing ever that had it been in China they would have put a bullet in his head. well said
wether to go ahead or not is not the question. Americans are not clean in their mind in selling the 123 agreement to india. We cant trust them as when ever we needed their support in international fora they ditched us what happend to security council seat or what happened when the post of UN secretary genral post was vacant and we desperatley needed their support.Now when the left has raised the issue at this juncture is simply to be understood as their masters in China are against it. NDA inparticular and BJP in general show their bankcruptcy on the issue as their leadership is not so active on the issue.Regret is that our nuclear scientists are also not giving a clear picture to this nation that wether it is good or bad for the country.Now in this confusion it is very clear that left will seek some plum positions and money from congress and they will always keep UPA on tenterhooks on every issue. But in nutshel we need the 123 agreement and we need to keep the nukes of the country independent of any foreign purview and pressures which may come from time to time.unfortunatley the negotiators from the country couldnt achieve this goal during their negotiations with the US.The country is bleeding under the UPA and the congress govt with no governance and no future plans.The govt should resign now and allow Dr Kalam as a caretaker PM and dissolve the house till new elections are held.The educated should vote and allow a single party to rule instead of this Khichdi Govt.

The UPA are a dumb lot, simple keep the civilian deal separate and the military deal separate. In fact they should negotiate with US for long range nuclear tipped ballistic missiles to target China.
In the real NEW world, America need India and India need America.... In a multi-polar world, America has very few friends...countless enemies....It is necessary and in the best interest of Americans to work with Indians to be friends...

The US now very desperately needs a growing partner and friendly country to make more money with depleting US economy. Also, a big voice to support its decisions from Asia on its foreign policies.
America is bankrupt. So, they need ASIAN money to buy their bread and butter by selling Nuke or whatsoever technology....
There is nothing wrong to get the nuke technology. If they try to screw India, screw them back like they have done to Germans in 1940-70's. USE AMERICA....

iam not a supporter of congress, BJP, or left parties bcoz all parties r greedy n full with non sense leaders. iam simple indian who know that this deal is good for indian's future, if we r able to do that deal with america we can attain our target to produce 20,000MW power in 2020. so dont support any political parties, suport only wat is good for india.

Can rediff publish about how the current nuclear power is being generated in India.I think Baba is maintained by Tata..I am not sure about kalpakam.If they are maintaining well why should we give them chance again to make more nuclear power?

No Nuclear Installaion in India is maintained by any private sector. It all through Nuclear power corporation of India.
Can any body guess which is a million dollor question. Is INDIA going to benifit from the recent nuclear deal or whether INDIA benifiting from the LEFT. OR is my Question.
debates are on whether the nuclear deal is beneficial or not. thanks to Left as it has played its role in this.. but definetly not for resorting cheap politics of threatening to pull out from the coalation.
left is the one which opposes the nuclear deal.. but it supports china selling WMD arm to pakistan. it is the one which talks of SEZs in WB and it is the one which opposes in AP.
left is an ambigious material which has only one motto in life.-"ALWAYS OPPOSE THE STATE." and nothing nothing nothing else. but a good watch-dog of government. as a wdog it plays its best role which is somewhat useful to the society.- like a common man know what govt is doing and a press can get some news to print.
they want free nuclear reactors & fuel, petrol at 10 rs, rice at 1 rs/kg, 90% reservation. they are not bothered about the losses of oil PSUs, farmers income, reverse discrimination ets . what ever govt does, they oppose it. they oppose it because its their only livelyhood.

mr reddy is right.in fact we can say about these communist parties that they think and do things which are not good for india.or what is good for india is not good for them.they are acting as agents of china. i urge the government to probe their nexus with chinese government. i further ask my countrymen to call c.p.i and c.p.m as 'chinese party of india' and 'chinese madarsa party' respectively.

The subsidy of oil is a dirty trick which was started by Congress and till this day and date its their policy.
I am happy to see that rediff has brought out the other side of the viewpoint.
I sincierly believe that this deal must be accepted if the same is in national interest. However,I am quite ok if the deal is altogether scrapped or re-negotiated if the same is not in national interest.
