Reading the messages by people who have put up their thought before, I say the subject is harresment and not for the cases to concent or affairs. The thing to check is harresment. Its a open fact that an Indian male thinks of sex more that most of the men in the world. In the countries like Aus and NZ Indian men are touted as Head. Now they will always like to liberties when a chance is providede to them. The right approch to correct the menence will be to go hard at them when they are found at fault, and also create some awareness of behaviour science. If you want women working besides men without being troubled, even the private companies should lay down rule strictly, and when any one at fault should be dealt as per rules without mercy.
in modern high teck period,,people have different product , what in sexual world, there is lot of glamourisation of sex by media, film and other product, what where is openness in indian culture,,they can dream ,but can not do in open,,the closemind become taboo and create unhealthiness,, prositution is old profession,,like drinking ,more you go, never come back,, drinking, sex,gambling are modern denomitre of progress ,, without them you can not live without them in high teck age,,,

In My opinion root cause is the dressing culture. Dressing has to be impressive not seductive. A girl faces this kind of problems only because of provoking attitude while discussing with some colleagues or dressed to seduce. When talking to people differentiation should be discouraged. Instead of hating a colleague and try to aovid speak friendly, watch your words and topics of discussion. Flirting is another root cause.

Think before you speak! You seem to be one of those ill-brought up guys who think that any woman who is nice to you is a flirt and is trying to seduce you; and all guys are simple simons who don't understand anything about sex and are led by women to commit sin! Just becos the girls flirt does it mean that they are ready to jump into ur bed. How sure r u tht ur wife or sisters dont flirt around? If they flirt around as per ur logic the guys can hv their fun. Hey all of us are matured,so learn to control ur emotions and desires. There r countries where ladies and guys hang around in single piece...so wht wd people like u do??

Completely agree with u Neena. V must learn to control our emotions n feelings. V r matured enuff to know the difference bet. Love n Lust. Todays Gals n Guys r tomorrow's ideal couple, they must know their responsibilites. By running behind the gals or flirting with guys, v r just wasting our time n money.

This person should first disclose his/her identity & i feel that this persons views are more worst than a ghaati or a kannadiga as is evident from his biased views and he himself must have done sexual harrasment to some female
the call centert employees are having to deal with the decadent west 7x24, and might be picking up the waywardenss of the client culture. to fix it the first thing that needs to happen is that the center employees must shed their assumed fake kirastani names and get themselves a short, client freindly hindu names if they must change the name at all.

Ha ha ha! Picking up Western Culture by talking to clients? Do you think BPO employees chat with their clients all the time? Also, what is this about 'Hindu' names? Where did that come in? We also have Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Jains, Parsis..... why not those names too?
