fernandez, Subramaniam Swamy, Late Chandrshekhar,VPS these kids lost their political ideology long back. MP ship for them was like a membership of a local club which pays too for doing nothing....I cant see a credible contrubution from either of them till date..........

Wishful thinking boy.
It was Indira's behaviour that made Pakistan and US bedfellows. Read the history.
BTW China is something, even Nehru couldn't handle - in those times.
Imagine Indira doing it in 1970's haha.
Bangladesh was Pakistan's monkey. They too wanted to get rid of it.
Otherwise why do they keep on harping on Kashmir, but NEVER ONCE mention Bangladesh.
B. Desh is something, even India won't want.

To, Mr mickey,

What Lockheed hints has no effect on buffoon politicians, just check the submarine, Hawk deal, the misfiring Barak missiles. The list of corruption is endless.

F-16 is destined for India, the worst part is now Pakistan would have the same F-16 as India.
Atleast, the Russians kept their word and never gave MIGs, Sukhois to Pakistan. US will play double game both in India and Pakistan.

Those words are correct, if they can make any decision without consulting the parliament, or the people of the country, they deserve such words only.

By the way, you are purchasing outdated completely unsafe technology for $200 billion, apart from all this, you will have to buy crap phased out F-16 fighters. This is nothing but pure deception and corruption.

Mr. Mikkey Mouse,
Would you better shut up and not talk about Tejas, who forced the GE engines on tejas, it was the politicians and politicians alone who wanted it, no scientist was for it. Anyway dont say the plane took too long for building, everytime the plane was to be readied it had to hit a stumbling block not to mention off the shifting goal posts of the specifications. So better confine urself to supporting uncle sam, bjp or whatever you like without bringing in the hard toiling scientific and engineering community into this

You are a fool, F-16 is on the way out, if you are
buying the latest 5th generation, fighter stealth raptor, then you can call it advanced.

BTW F-16 are outdated compared to MIG-29 and Rafael french fighters.

BTW after buying the British Hawk, they completely phased that model out, the same is going to happen to F-16.

Also, China is already developing 100 seater commercial aircraft, thanks to people like you we will forever paying exorbitant amounts for pieces of scrap.

Calculate, what is 1% of $200 billion dollars, and say that there are no benefits, all your major international deals have a corruption angle.

BTW the nuclear power plant is the most expensive to built, it takes atleast 4 years to build one, (this is the best possible figure achieved by Japan), the roi is very poor, because Nuclear plants take a long gestation period. Nuke plants, have additional overheads like security, waste disposal and also dismantling cost of $300 million, hence the unit
cost of power will work out much more than Rs.10
(this is of course conservative estimate, the actual figures might be even more worse).

Nobody, can afford such an expensive power option and the company which produces power will
in all probability end up in doldrums.

RS adjourned over Fernandes' statement against PM
by Arun Felbin Christopher on Aug 17, 2007 03:08 PM  Permalink

Fernandes was in the dust bin, since the Indian Express could not get any other worthy person, have taken his interview and published it.

The best way to deal this, is to ignore this interview and not discuss in Lok/Rajya Sabha and let Fernandes be where he is, i.e in the dust bin. May be we can dump Indian Express also with him.

I don't know whether you are Indian or not based on your attitude. But if you are Indian, then respect the fellow Indians. If you prefer to be a slave to foreigners then go and settle in a country of your choice then you will know how they treat you. There is no other country better than India. If you have any issus of beig Indian then you try todo something about it rather than just whinge. Hope you got what i am trying to say here.

Manmohan Singh has failed to reduce rampant corruption in his govt departments and because of that he, his party, his govt and Indians in general are losing respect. Indian development is story of progress by private sector.
Such a PM who is not able to provide decent living to Indians and is busy only licking shoes of sarkari peons and political peons (communists), desrves no respect.
