i agreed with MR.PM totaly its very much needed to make some solution for power problems which india going to face in future, there are severl alternatives rather going with this deal where hear they are trying to tie our hands in a form of a agreement, where i predict MR.sing thinking to stop testing of nuck weapons for next 40 to 50 years, just he like to give some time for economy to grow ,but some artical teeling its main intention is to pressure india to drop ICBM where its dirctly targeting them and its gives equal status for india statistically there u dont have any other way other then rejecting this they are prety well calculative to penetrate in indian missile cum rocket tech where the bond between this is importent for indian defense research and Satilite tech ,even in ICBM tech where its bigest thread for USA in long run, so india dont have any way to make any other alternatives then compromising their security which is one and only safeguard india have. i think avoiding this deal will be a solution but who knows indian brines thinks something which will run both nuck interest and power problem in single interest which may help to do sharp edge nuck test in future using the uranium they are going to get in this deal ...?time only have to give a solution
It is really unfortunate that the US spokesman contradicted the Indian PM's stand on India's freedom to conduct nuclear tests so quickly & unambiguously, thus exposing Dr. Singh to be misleading the entire nation. What kind of a treaty is this when on page one itself the partners fall apart ?! I suspect the PM is selling his countrymen the proverbial umbrella with life long warranty, valid, so long as you do not use it during rain or sunshine and protect the same from cockroaches, when not in use ! His stand does not stand scrutiny with the common man. He is being taken for a ride, so is the nation. He is walking into the US trap of somehow getting India to sign a CTBT, thro' backdoor.

India's hands are now completely tied, they are signatory to missile control treaty (so no intercontinental missiles), signatories to chemical and biological weapons treaty (so none of them to), and now finally this is NPT through backdoor and the buffoon puppet has blindly signed on that to.
So, the next time Pakistan, Bangladesh and China attack India, we will all have nothing but misfiring Barak's, useless Insas rifles, outdated crashing MIG's to defend us.
Fernandes is wrong in criticising PM Manmohan Singh, the way he did. Only the Leftists have the unquestionable monopoly to abuse anyone or hurl any invective or set any agenda or pronounce any judgment and on anything.

For your kind information Fernandese gave statement not in parliament but in an interview so no need to be careful about parliamentary words or tradition. On the other hand there have been worse abuses for Fernandese himself by Sonia during election rallies by citing coffin scam.
Testing a nuclear bomb.......... Mother Earth is dying...Glaciers are receding...Global Warming is swallowing the life...Incessant rains mushrooming habitats...Drinking water is vanishing fast...Children dying of hunger....Groung water is depleting fast....Forest covers are shrinking........Poor Animals are being killed mindlessly, Tigers vanishing fast.....many species disappeared.....

Oh Yeah. Japan doesn't even have a decent Army. Yet it's got the 3rd largest economy in the world. N. Korea does throws a missile or two over Japan, but can never do any harm without inviting serious reactions from the World. (READ USA)

China will never do it. 1962 - < WE DID IT !!! > Pakistan is firmly under the leash by the USA. Now why do we need to do any N Weapons testing?
What we are going to do with a nuclear bomb. Do we dont have anything of this type now?? Why so much fuss in this matter.. Now we need to build a Inaid which is more powerful in infrastructure and in power resourses. Do Japan has any bomb?? What we can do with an atom or hydrogen bomb?? Can we simply drop it over Islamabad or Beging.. So simply think of Country's growth what can we do to increase our production on fuel and power resourses. What can we do for upgrading our bad roads, bridges etc... Let the Constitution be changed so that there should be Accountability to our politicions for each of their activities. Can you say what will be the reaction from the Left Parties if the same type of Nuclear deal with China ??

What are you going to do with Nuclear Power, especially when the unit cost will work out at more than Rs.10, simple you will not buy it. Indian markets are extremely price sensitive and its the same reason the Enron promoted Dabhol Power company flopped.

Japan, Germany have both been annexed and are now nothing more than dummy states, infact the term 51'st state of America is apt to describe Japan. Japan can never negotiate any trade deal with USA successfully, they have to perennially survive on a weak yen to make more exports to usa. They have to work like slaves for 14 hour's a day just to satisfy American customers. Most, important, their culture is completly now a fantasy story which is only understood from history books.

See how much Indian culture has changed without America annexing us. My grandma used to consider hugging on screen as embarassing. If she saw Rakhi Sawant today, will she die of heart failure? Japs have always been hardworking people, otherwise they would never have clobbered entire Asia and even USA during WWII. I don't know if they compromise their national interests for USA??? But it's unlikely...
I think Fernandes got it wrong. Our good natured Sardar has to take permission from Madam Sonia even to go to the bathroom. I pity him. She bypasses him to the extent of ignoring his existence. The other day, the lady had the guts to ask Maharshtra CM, Vilasrao Deshukh to submit the status of the Sri Krishna commission report. She does even hold a constitutional post, and yet she orders a CM around...

Indira was a true mother: She did not do us but our neighbours in 1971. She never bowed to US pressures... India carved its own destiny all those years... We felt proud to be Indians. Though we have the same feeling now too, now a days Indians are indulge more in raking money...National problems are the sole responsibility of the government. We feel like having a free license to criticise the governments for virtually everything to the uncleaned commode of our home. Instead of maturing to responsible citizens in 60 years, we have become trecherously selfish... Young people are running after money, elders have resigned to their fate, confined to their own self. Political system becomes a tool to ruin the country with all possible means. Politicians turns into spineless and shameless creatures. India needs strong lady like Indira Gandhi and a bout of Emergency dose..... Jai Hind

Indira Gandhi was a true mother to Rajeev and Sanjay Gandhi. She cannot be mother for whole Indian Citizen.Ofcourse she is real Indian and always loved the country. This attitude cannot be expected from sonia Gandhi who is an Italian born lady. She love her country and not bothered about India.
Guys i have had enough of this cap. All politicians are notbad. Anyone who loves his country can join politics to serve his/her nation. Yes some of them are self-serving B#T***S but it is totally unfair to say all of them are like that. Here the discussion should be about the 123 deal not whether Dr. Singh is the real prime minister or Sonia being Italian. If Sonia is Italian then Dr. Singh and Mr. Advani are also from Pakistan. Tke it or leave it. Let us stick to the main issue of the Nuclear Deal rather than stooping so low in Personal hatred based on biased information and political affliations.
