USA and India had never been friends in the past.It is a known fact that USA was helping pakistan and also china to create all kind of trouble in India.Somehow I don't beleive in Usa.They bombarded Hiroshima and nagasaki which killed lakhs of people and even today children are born with abnormilities there.And the big joke is It claims to be super cop of the world.Those who have been to USA know what kind of behavior Americans have towards Indians.Congress should reconsider again about N-deal with USA.

but dear you can't change the fact that USA is the biggest threat to whole of world.They first kill and destroy entire nation and then act as angels of peace.That is what they did to japan,Afganistan,Iraq,Pakistan and now thinking about cuba,N.korea and Iran
Why the shit should we listen to them. If they were so concerned about nuclear war & tests then let them declare how many nuclear war heads have they destroyed in all these years. It is a kind of situation where they will dictate terms and we might have to dance to their tunes. God forbid, but if such a thing happens then situation in our country will be just like Pakistan. This conditional help will be very hard to digest in the later stages. Pakistan on the other hand is enjoying a "marriage of convenience" kind of situation. If US does not deliver, then they have China to bank on. I wonder if guys at the helm of affairs in our country see this point.
Only one risk for India is "What will US do if Pak or China conducts NTest?" "How will US help India in that situation?" If US helps India in these situation and if it is mentioned in the deal, then we can go ahead and sign this deal.
Except for the security, I feel, the deal is good.
Talk with US and come to a solution.
Whenever India was speaking abt Terrorism in J&K, US considered it as Freedom fight. But, post 9/11, US is indeed aware of Terrorism. So, govt of India shold negotiate with US and then enter into the deal.

They have made ambiguous terms in the agreement so that they can terminate the deal anytime they want and make it unusable the 1000s of crores worth of investment that India makes in the field of atomic power generation. It will also hamper India's development because India will be largely dependent on this power in future.

I am surprised by the opposition to the nuclear deal. This nuclear deal is good for India. We need to work in close co operation with the west and other democratic countries. we need the technology to improve our infra structure. we have to eradicate poverty, hunger and illitracy. We do not bombs, we need electricity in our houses and power to irrigate our land. At present we are a backward, third worl country where people do not have proper drinking water and electricity to lit our homes. We need to understand it.We must take advantage of USA and other advance western countries to assist us to improve the standered of living. Those who oppose this nuclear deal are educated,live in cosy homes and consider themselves at par with the west but truth is that a large segment of our society is seprived of basic things. I would be more proud of my country if it is more developed, people are healthy and prosperous rather than deprived mass of humanity with bombs in their hand.

Merely developed country is a dream when you have hostile neighbours like Pak and China. Just dont dream like fanatic, and come down to reality. You wrote a big speech about basic needs but for that we dont need Nuclear deal any way. Because the cost of nuclear generated electricity will be very high till many many years. Our farmers, middle class and small industrialist will never be able to bear it.
