The deal has raised conrovercies in both the countries about its nature even before it is implemented and people in power in both the countries give contrdictory views about it.Even a simplw agreement between two ordinary persions leads to dicordent views and interpretations when it comes to implementation. The Governemtn has acted irresponsibly in concluding an Internationl treaty however good it might be without involving the Lok sabha especially when it is run by a minority. The poinbt at dispute is that the Government can conduct tests withits own matr=erials and be prepared to retuern all th ematerials secured from the US and othercountries under the provisons of he agreement .the US has no right to prevent the conduct of tests by India otherwise .Only with reference to the materials the country obtained under the agreement the ban on test applies .Why not the Governemtn make it specifically clear to the mnation about this ?does it have any other hidden provison giveing control to the US over the conduct of the country? What ws the need for the country to conclude the treaty withut consulting all th epolical parties at least within its alliance ?
If India is not satisfied with US products or service, it should be given a full refund. Better still, US is to compensate any civilian losses due to any US afflicted sanctions, that are aimed at blackmailing Indian national policy. Hell we are enriching and reprocessing Uranium, and doing nuclear research and detonations at this very moment without US help.India has the right to react to any US problems imposed on India, by taking steps it pleases. Even spineless US allies that are nothing but yes-men and second fiddles to USA, i.e. EU, who always seek to appease the white USA leaders, should be dealt with harshly from now on. I wonder if Iran got any Uranium reserves, they are welcome to sell to the responsible India. There may even be a greater amount of Uranium to be found domestically. I love Indians because we never give up, even in the face of a brutal, mindboggling and overwhelming adversity.
indians are truly boneless, slave fellow . they are always thinking somebody will come from the outside like from the universe or from other countries or from some special cross- product to rule them and he or she will work for countries common man and wellness for the boneless country, Earlier our foreign policy was centered to arab countries and now towards usa

Mr. Mikkey Mouse,
Chernobyl does not happen every week either. And if you though there have been no acidents in American reactors check this out --> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Three_Mile_Island_accident . In fact the American Nuclear history is replete with many such incidents.

American cars are great, I like them, but I want more fuel efficient & less maintenance & reliable Japanese cars. But now I know American cars also have lot of reliable models like ford, gm, chevy etc.

Dont make ridiculous statements. Do your research well before making such generalized statements. Here is a well known incident of US --> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Three_Mile_Island_accident . And a google search throws up many more of American Nuclear Accidents.
