India is the only country in the world to which USA agreed to give nuclear cooperation without signing the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty Experts said the USA agreed to give India advance, long-term permission to reprocess U.S.-origin nuclear material once New Delhi builds a new reprocessing facility that would only use such material. This is happening despite the fact that the Americans "do not give consent rights to reprocess except to our closest allies, Japan and Euratom, The 123 agreement also says that while the United States might cut off nuclear cooperation in the event of an Indian nuclear test, it will seek to ensure India continues receiving fuel from other sources. Australia signaled Thursday it is edging toward a decision to sell uranium to India despite the refusal by New Delhi to sign the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty.

By signing the controversial agreement with USA, Man Mohan Singh and its allies thrown out country's integrity in danger!!! Whatever they are telling to the public, after the US Govt. clarification on the issue of further N-Test issue, Indian Political Leadership is lying and cheating the Indian Public and its softness. We are fed up of these politicans and we pray for to rise some leaders like JP, Subhash Chandra Bose, Sardar Vallabh Patel to lead this country for a new horizon! The leftists who were always enemy with the UPAs main constitutent, simply supporting this govt. even though they are well aware that they cannot get the same numbers when an immediate election or next general election comes up in India and they are making angry and voices against Indias main opposition party as communal non secular (wherein they have fully recognized by the Election Commission of India and their constitution has agreed to abide the rules and regulations of Indian Constitution as well) and this is only an eye wash on public. Their voices are diminished and their support bases are decreasing every where and their trade unition are becoming toys which can be kept in any exhibition or store room. What type of politics these leftists are playing and why they cannot take a firm decision and what is the fear (may be the Nandigram episode and number of corruption cases on their leaders) as the main worry for them when they immediately withdraw support to UPA. dude...chill out aight? US can do nuthing to india..as an indian living abroad i know more abt our country than u do i think...u can never be from delhi..anyhow yea dun worry abt US saying that oh "india decision to undertake a test will cancel the deal".. if and when india decides to conduct a test, this deal would have prolly be 2 or 3 years in its term, and trust me US would not like to just terminate such a huge investment and maybe leave india with all the technology it might need...no the won't trust me...i know schwasnegar, he won't let it happen..lol

Dear Deepak, our puppet PMs Guides think that they can again cheat India. Whosesoeverthereis behind the Bofors gun case they will be brought before the people of India one day and they will be punished accordingly.
Nobody can be escaped from the people of India who are cheating them.
At any rate Indo-US N-deal will not be possible until and unless it keeps transparency to all of us and it should be our privilege and sovereignty.
