We had a great freedom fighter like Babu Rajendra prasad, a great scholar like Dr.S.Radhakrishnan, a revolutionary like VV Giri and a distinguished scientist like Dr, Kalam and many other respectable figures as our presidents and now we have Madame Pratibha Patil as our President

No way, he simply overlooked. Shri K.R.Narayan was one of the distinguished Presidents we had. There was no controversy during his period.

suresh already there are so many differences created by our great politicians to meet their selfish needs. i strongly advice you no to raise this kind of statements which might destroy the secularism further in our country. its easy to pass this kind of controversial comments but you cant stop the later effects.

me too. bakwas president. no vision, not better than an MLA. she is busy giving luxurious life style to her family members ( her husband's visit to maharashtra, TOI). she cant be compared to feet of dr. kalam.
My father is a space scientiest in ISRO. Previously he was in US. As per Kalam, He is a good administrator and not a scientist. You can get it clarified from any scientist who have worked in organizations like ISRO, VSSC, DRDO. He doesn't even hold a PhD degree. He has recieved a PhD degree like Shilpa Setty. But He is a great person.

At the end of the day you need Kalam like administrator who can holds bunch of insane-scientists to do some sane work. Having PhD degree doesn't make anyone great.

Don't you know? we don't have President in India after 60 years of Independence. we left sold that post to murders, looters, gansters and so on.....
A typical sarkari event for sarkari damads. The essence of Independence day vanishes now and is confined to Kite flying, Booze, zip Zapping on Delhi streets, monotonous India Gate Picnicking and third class sarkari events. Evolve India Evolve...We are 60 now
