we should sign the deal with america as america is number one country and americans are number one people with white skin, we should bow our head in front of them and we should follow what they are dictating to us. americans are open minded, unbiased, democratic type people who never get any controversies with any country and they are very fair and helpfull with their ally countries. americans never fight with any country and atomic attack on japan was just by a simple mistake otherwise they are god fearing people and do not kill even insects.
americans are very firm that they will help to make India a super power, better than china and russia and also they will remove powerty from India completely.

40% of kerala population has accepted christianity after seeing the good activities by america.
now 2% of our whole population is following christianity when there was not a single christian in india before 150 trs.

Forcing Lokshabha to adjourn is not acceptable. they should say what every they want to say in the Loksabha. Because by forcing the adjournment, ur not aceving any thing. The Bill is already got the node of the Cabinet, so adjournment or no adjournment it would be operational. Rather they should make the public aware of the facts of the agreement, they think bad for the country. My opinion is that, if the bill force us not to do any testing, then its bad and very bad. Its indirect way of getting us signed NPT/

Fine Agreement
by Jerry Bonaventure on Aug 16, 2007 12:53 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

The gist of the matter is that noone (parliamentarians) is competent enough to understand the nuclear deal from a legal perspective.

I find that people writing here just want to shoot their mouths off to have their names on site.

This deal was agreed and negotiated by the top scientists 'the Brains' of India and I have enough confidence in our Prime Minister and the Indian experts who penned this deal with USA. As far as I can see, there is no devil in the detail as the deal is a bilateral one and leaning toward both India and the USA.

Those people who believe in brain power, will never knee down to US. Scientist are to find innovative solutions rather than kneeing to US. Nuclear testing is bogus
by Anurag Shrivastava on Aug 16, 2007 12:53 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

No one does it any more. Invest in better supercomputers and keep accumulating as much material as possible. Nuclear testing is more to flex one's muscle than to really test if those weapons will work. Its not such a big deal - the bomb on Hiroshima was made with fairly low tech back-end and not using computers as we see today.

India must sign the treaty , get as much material as possible

aur jab zarurat hogi testing it - the nuke deal with US may not just be neccessary and they can take back their stuff.

RE:Nuclear testing is bogus

No, you can't fool around with the material, all the fuel at each stage will be monitored by international inspectors. So, there is no scope of
fooling US.

The reactors which are not under US observations can go full steam in producing nuclear grade material. This is the fear US Congress has and hence the deal is far from being ratified even if India agrees to it. President Bush is on a weaker platform in HIS legislature than Manmohan is.

Without actual test data the accuracy of simulation is far from credible. Kindly read this; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nuclear_testing
India has done only 6 tests and only one for Fusion-device boosted by fission. That needs more testing.

Most Important: good one, hiral. Secondly, fusion is a big source of energy - bigger that fission. As far as simulation is concerned, remember our lovely cricket team? they actually practice on the nets for hourson end... they sit on their lap-tops too. What do you say about their results? {kindly forget england tour as a regrettable mistake}

there is no substitute for the real thing, as any person in science will readily confirm.

Where we will go infact this NUKE deal agreement for further 30 years and at time all the OLD politicans will will not alive and younger generation does not know any thing about this nuke deal agreement and once again we become salve to western country. Why our PM is not discussed before signing this agreement with oppostion and even UPA alliance partners like CPM, DMK etc. Congress wanted for full credit to their party itself even he was discussed in a courtsey manner. In fact if US is a rough country in entire world then Congress is one of worst party in INdia. 2. What nobody is understanding is that the future is not about making bombs but its about energy. All wars in future would be related to energy and sooner we get it the better it would be. Bloody bombs hav got no use except to act as detterent.
3. If today these idio_ts fail to reach an agreement with US than for next century we would be nuke pariahs with no country willing to share or give us anything. We are still usign early 60s tech and we better become more savvy or we lose out.
