Nuclear Deal
by Homi Irani on Aug 13, 2007 12:42 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

India has got a good deal and its due. Our PM - Mr Manmohan Singhji is great economist and will never do something that will mar India.

The left should understand we need power and thats only by going the nuclear way. We need to think of future. How will our power requirements be met, has those opposing the deal thought of it. If they have any other source, let that deal be scraped

Irani

Uproar in Parliament
by archer michael on Aug 13, 2007 12:13 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

The Lok Sabha is the greatest embarrasment to the country. After a long holiday doing nothing ,they have comwe back to the house to make a fool of the people who pay their salaries. Why can't the speaker remove these chaps who disrupt the proceedings, i'm sure our founding fathers knew the kind of irresponsibility that politicians are capable of.It is better that the budget of the parliament is cut down to just building mainteneance costs and not mainteneance of the disruptive elements. It is time that the media and the young M.P's take up this matter and name the disrupters with their Photos every time they do it.

When ruling party is doing misbheaviour and unwanted things and don't want to listen others, there will be anarchy. And it is not the fault of democracy, but it is happening due to the arrogant and dictatorship minded of the ruling party whether it is in states or centre.
