What congress should do
by Srinivas R on Aug 13, 2007 02:44 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Congress should know why other parties are opposing it and should give proper reasons why it is not going to affect the country. Who knows , being a foreigner, sonia gandhi might be selling this country for a ransom. Till today she has not taken Indian citizenship. Why?? Eventhough at the outset these looks irrelevent, it is all linked. Just go back to history and find out how cunningly we were taken over by the britishers.

As far as the security of the country is concerned, I vote the BJP. I know that they too are goofups, but at a broader level they are far better than other parties.

i like the way Prime minister said the Left to withdraw support . everyone wants e there seat tp remain not go . left knows they will not win again if they withdraw support and our prime minister knows that. our prime minister should be more stern in decisions like this.

The way he is telling is creating doubt when there was enough guts he had to showed in number of internal problems. He is showing more interest to appease USA, for the reason best known to him or his leader!!!

Nuclear Deal
by Venkataramani Subbiah on Aug 13, 2007 02:38 PM  Permalink

The question is not what the Left should do, but what ut can do. The Left consists of a bunch of people who can only make a lot of noise, but incapable of any constructive action. Even about two decades back, the CPM was ridiculed as "Lal Congress" by many of my Bengali friends. It is time their colour alos chamges.

Red Hypocrats..
by B Bag on Aug 13, 2007 02:35 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Communists and Jeehadis are same in one point...
They are the Communist first (for Jehaadis, they are muslims), then they are Indians...

These red hypocrats need to be overthrown from any form of goverment. Ruling a state for 30 years is not enough for them to get educated, they need to cope up with the contemporary society, not to impose their age-old thoughts meant for european society 200 years back to the existing social context.

It is not an age old lost theory. It is the real theory in the 21st Century. You know, Kali Kal. In kali kal, the peasants and workers are the rulers of the world!!

LEFT should be left behind
by kandarp Shah on Aug 13, 2007 02:31 PM  Permalink

LEFT should be left behind. It wants to create noise and wants to speak against all the possible ways the country can grow. I think we should ask LEFT to run the country and see what they have to say.

N-Fuel deal
by Seshadri on Aug 13, 2007 02:28 PM  Permalink

There are opposing views against the deal from the scientific community. Given the history of the earlier deal (when US stopped fuel supply and we had to source from Russia and France), there is a likelihood that we may be under indirect political pressure in future which may compromise our National Security/Interests.

Leave alone the Left.. all political parties in India carp whenever the Ruling party goes ahead with a "Deal".

It would have been better if a commitee representing various eminent bodies of our Nation were formed to arrive a decision on the deal.

As ordinary citizens, nothing much is "left" in our hands now except to "wait and watch"...or "watch and wait"
