123 WILL PASS
by sg sg on Aug 13, 2007 10:57 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I believe that the Congress will pass the debate on 123 and the communist will only make noices to please their constituancy, nothing more. The congress knows this well. Both sides are playing. None really care what the real documents has asked India to part with incase of a nuclear test. Congress has taken the bull by the horns but have no idea that this bull is so huge and with no preperation in taming the bull. Tere should be a debate for atleast a week on this and then a vote.

It is better not to have a Govt which does not
safeguard, guarantee and protect national
interests while on the other hand this Govt has
taken out the morsel from the mouth of poor with
beyond sky prices of all commodities during its
tenure.

If they are capable, they must arrange a better deal comparing to the present one, instead of criticising and creating hindrance on the progress path of the nation.

Please don't say so to our dear comrades. They are great principlist. Although Communism has gone to pieces and dustbin in most of the countries, they are still surviving in India and have power in 3 states. This is no mean achievment.
Ofcourse, they are barking at present and will not bite now, but one day will come when they will have to bite. That day may come just before next elections, so that they can tell their voters that actually they were opposing Congress govt.

Pouncing by Left parties
by swami pudipeddi on Aug 13, 2007 10:46 AM  Permalink

The left parties should not support the deal if they are idealogically different from their point of view. Left lives or leaves for principle. Let us see whether they with draw support or not. Congess is fed up with the threats and a person like PM lost his cool and dared the left to withdraw support.

Only a person like Rajiv Gandhi decline to form a Govt. even he has 195 MPs at his beck and call. Now people with a very little number of MPs' support dream to form Govt.
